I opened it to see my dad...

"W-what are you doing here?" I asked. "Kellin, can we please talk?" he asked. "I don't know.." I said looking down. "Please Kellin.. I just want to talk." He pleaded. Should I?

I opened up the door and stepped to the side so he could come in. Vic is talking with Tony about something, I wonder what my dad is gonna think. I sat on the couch. "May I?" he asked gesturing over to the couch. I nodded, and he sat down next to me.

"So um.. Wow." he said. "What?" I asked. He pointed to my belly. "Oh yeah," I said. "When?" he asked. "Five months ago." I said. "Does that mean your-"
"Five months pregnant? yes." I answered his question.

"Who?"
"My boyfriend."
"And who is that?"
"Man I love."
"Love? Has he hurt you in any way?" he asked.
"No dad, he's really nice." I said. "I missed hearing that." he said. "I missed saying it." I said.

"How have you been?" he asked me. "Good," I said. "Kellin, I'm so sorry." he said. I didn't say anything. "Kellin please believe me when I say your mom wouldn't let me see you." He said. "What do you mean?" I asked him.

"A few times, after I left I tried to come see you, but your mom wouldn't let me. When I tried knocking on the door no one was home." he said.

"Really, I guess I wasn't home." I said. "Don't you mean we?" he asked. "No, mom would leave me at the house for a couple of days by myself." I said. "What? how could she do that to you?" he asked. "I don't know, but I managed." I said.

"I knew I should have tried harder." he said. "It's okay." I said looking away. "No it's not okay, Kellin how old were you when she started doing this." he asked. "She started to do it right after you left." I said.

"You were only twelve." he said rubbing the bridge of his nose. "I know, but ever since I told her I was pregnant she changed." I said. "Well it's good to know that she's not doing that anymore." He said.

"Yeah," I agreed. "Kellin aren't you a little big to be only carrying one." he asked. "Cause I'm not carrying one, I'm carrying three." I said. "Three wow." he said. "Yeah, I can't wait." I said.

"Can I ask you something?"
"Sure," I said. "I want to be apart of your life. I want to be a better father, and soon grandfather. I hope its not to late to still be here for you." I could tell by the look in his eyes that he really wanted this. "I don't think it's too late." I said a tear running down my cheek.

"Does that mean its a yes?" he asked. I nodded my head. He gave me a hug, I hugged back. I was crying.

Again.

"Kellin what wrong why are are y- what's going on?" Vic asked. We pulled away, and I looked at Vic. He looked confused, not angry, confused. "This is my dad, Dad this is my boyfriend." I say. "Ahh so you are the one my son claims to love?" my dad asked.

Vic nodded his head. "What's your name?" Dad asked. "V- Vic sir." Oh no Vic is nervous. "So you got my son pregnant huh?" he asked. "Y-yeah." I can see why Vic didn't talk, much when me and my mom had this conversation. "How did it happen." Dad asked me.

"Party at Justins, there were drinks, you know." I said. "Kellin, I told you not to give into that stuff." he said. "Yeah, when I was ten." I said.

"Does this one treat you well?" he asked. "Yeah, he's really sweet. He's been with me through all of this, and I'm really glad I have him in my life." I said.

"Well I guess he's good..." he turned to Vic. "If you hurt my Son I won't hesitate to hurt you."

"Dad." I said warningly. "Okay okay, so here's my number call if you need anything." he handed me a piece of paper. "Alright." I said. "Call me so I can have your number." He said. "Alright," I got my phone and dialed the number. After that he saved my number into his phone.

"Okay you look tired." he stood up. "Guess its time for me to go." he said. I walked him to the door. "Goodnight Kellin, take car of my son!" he yelled out to Vic. "Don't worry I will." Vic said.

"Bye," Dad hugged me one last time, then he left.

"I ran that bath, lets go take it, and then I'll give you that feet, and back run I promised you." Vic said.

I followed him our bedroom, and into the bathroom.
Vic helped me into the tub, then got in after me.

He put his legs on either side of me, we always do this when we take baths together.

We finished our bath, and Vic gave me the massages he promised. After that we fell asleep, me cuddling up to Vic.
I think life just got a little bit better for me.
