1 week later

Xuan watched the casket of her friend get set into a 6 foot hole. Tears slid down her face.

"Mamm? Can we ask you a few questions?" A lady walked up to them. She was a news lady. Cameras followed her.

Xuan looked at Zhang for an answer. Zhang gently wiped her tears. "You can do what you want. I won't leave."

Xuan nodded to the people.

"Great. We'll just have you stand there and answer these questions." The lady said.

Xuan waited patiently as Zhang held his arms around her, and his head on her shoulder.

"Mamm, is this man. . . Family, or boyfriend?"

Xuan smiled slightly. "Fiancè."

Zhang didn't blink at her lie.

"Can you tell us what happened that day that your friend was killed?"

Xuan explained what happend in minimal detail, excluding parts that would get her in trouble. An hour passed before the end of the interview. Zhang drove to their new house where Chou was already waiting.

"Hey," Chou greeted, spreading his arms out to comfort Xuan. Xuan fell into his grasp. "I'm really sorry Xuan."

Xuan burried her face in his shoulder and sat for a minute, silently, until Chou got up. Zhang took his place and kissed Xuans head. "Baby. We can do things tomorrow. Why don't you just go to sleep?"

Xuan tilted her head up for a kiss. Zhang smiled and kissed her.

"I love you," Zhang kissed her again.

"Mhm," Xuan hummed.

Zhang sighed and carried her to their room. She hadn't said she loved him yet. She had his child and she wouldn't say she loved him, but he loved her to much to force her to love him. If love has to be forced, it's not love, so it's pointless to try. But Zhang believes she's just not ready. They did go from absolutely hating each other to sleeping in the same room in one day.

Zhang fell asleep with his thoughts swirling around him. He placed his hand gently on Xuans stomach and held her head to his shoulder with the other one. He wrapped his legs around hers as well.

"Zhay. Zhay wake up," Xuan shook Zhang. "Baby wake up."

"What? What? What time is it?" Zhang tiredly, but worriedly got up.

"4," Xuan kissed him, holding it for a few mintues.

"What was that for?" Zhang laughed.

Xuan pushed him back on the bed so he layed down. "Good night," she layed on her side, hugging him tightly.

Zhang sighed and put his arms around her. "Good night baby. I love you." He pulled her head onto his shoulder.

Xuan kissed his neck. "Love you more."

Zhang closed his eyes then jumped. "Fuck," he yelled, dragging Xuan to lean against the wall happily. He pulled her face to his and kissed her a few times then kissed her neck and cheek a few more times.

Xuan laughed at his wild actions. "Hey. Get off. What are you doing?"

He happily held Xuan and rolled them to the end of the bed. "Fuck. I love you." He kissed her again.

"Gentle, Zhang. I'm still pregnant." Xuan laughed.

Zhang held Xuan tightly. "Fuck you're so beautiful." He hugged her again.

She nuzzled her face into his shoulder. "I know," she laughed.

Zhang layed them down again, kissing Xuan a few more times before pulling her back onto him. Just like that they relaxed back to sleep.

Zhang woke up to the sound of Xuan getting sick again. He stumbled to his feet and got to Xuan. "Are you ok?" He rubbed her back.

Xuan nodded as Zhang cleaned up and carried her to the kitchen.

"Good morning. Breakfasts on the counter." Chou smiled.

Zhang studied him. "You're eager to ask something?" He had realized Chou had been distant lately and stayed out later.

Chou rubbed the back of his neck. "Well. . . I wanted to invite my friend over."

"Friend?" Zhang asked.

Chou laughed. "Well. . . I'm not. . . Sure."

Zhang patted his back. "You want us to go out?"

Chou nodded nervously, making Zhang laugh. "You have until 8." Zhang said.

Chou smiled happily and jumped into Zhangs arms. "Yes. Thank you! Thank you! Thank You! Thank you!" He hugged him.

Zhang laughed. "Alright. Alright. Get off."

Chou ran to his room to grab his phone.

Xuan grabbed Zhangs arm. "Alright. Date night." She laughed.

Zhang put his arm around her shoulders and walked to the garage.

Finaly after a long mall trip, lunch, a carnival, dinner, and a movie, Zhang drove back.

It was 8:30 so they had stayed out a little longer than they had planned.

"We should bring Chou to the movies," Xuan suggested.

Zhang nodded. "Maybe tomorrow if he doesn't have plans."

Zhang unlocked the door and walked in. He quickly covered Xuans eyes and pulled her back out when he saw Chou making out with someone on the couch. He quietly closed the door and cleared his throat. "Well. . . That's my bad. I knew that would happen." Zhang laughed.

Xuan frowned. "But it's so cold."

"Let's go in the back?" Zhang offered.

Xuan shrugged. "I want something to tease him about." She knocked on the door.

Zhang pulled her arm back and laughed.

Chou opened the door. "Ah. Zhang. Is it 8 already?" He asked nervously, looking at the watch that wasn't on his wrist. "I. . . Took it off."

Xuan pointed to the boy inside who was sliding his shirt on. "Are you sure it was you?"

Chou scratched the back of his neck. "Uhm. . ."

"Relax Chou. Have you eaten?" Zhang asked.

"Yeah. Lunch." Chou walked back to the living room.

Xuan walked to him and handed him a bag. "Sandwiches, water, and snacks." She smiled.

Chou smiled back. "Thanks. Oh. This is Yao."

Yao pulled Chou out of the way and reached his hand out towards Zhang.

Zhang took his hand tightly and shook it. "Zhang Yuo. He's my brother. And this is Xuan Han. . . My fiancé," Zhang lied.

Yao winced as Zhang squeezed his hand. Xuan grabbed there hands. "Babe." She pushed Zhang

Zhang let his hand go and pulled Xuan towards there room. "Alright. Good night."

"You're such a liar." Xuan scoffed as she pushed Zhang onto the bed.

Zhang smiled. "Hey X?"

"Yes baby?" She sighed.

"Will you marry me?"
