Chapter 3; I'll Show You Grace

Alan's POV;

The feeling of Maryanne in my arms had never felt so good.. We had texted every minute I could throughout the tour. I had already liked her enough, but then while I was gone, away from her I realized that I was starting to feel a bit more than like towards her.. I wasn't supposed to be feeling like this, she's my best friends little sister! Austin would kill me if he knew!

Breathing in the smell of her that I had missed to much, pomegranate, it was her favorite. I wrapped my arms around her tightly, "I missed you marebear.." I had given her that nickname a few years back and it just stuck I guess. "I missed you too ginger princess", I could tell she was smiling by the way she giggled. Damn I missed this. I knew I'd be here every day until we go off to Warped Tour.. Maybe Austin would let her come this year, if she wanted that is..

After we finished our hug which didn't seem to be long enough, she went to hug the rest of the guys. She then lead us all inside and told us to put our stuff down and head to the dining room. When we walked in we saw the table covered in chinese food! It smelled so good. "Well? What are you guys waiting for? Dig in!", she announced to us. We all happily sat down and stuffed our faces.

Maryanne's POV;

WOW I never thought hugging Alan could have felt any better. His arms around me? That was the best I've felt since they left.. I can't even think about them leaving again in 2 months for Warped. I hope Austin and the guys will let me go this year! After I watched them be pigs with the food, we all went to change into some comfy clothes and settled down in the living room to watch some movies. I sat between Austin and Alan on the couch, Aaron took to the reclining chair and Tino and Phil took to other couch. We put on Lady And The Tramp because we all love Disney movies(Alan not so much but that's okay because he's a ginger princess) and settled in under the blankets.

About half way through Aaron, Phil and Tino all left saying their goodbyes and hugging me, promising they'd be over within the next couple days. Austin decided to move to the other couch so he could lay down, leaving me an Alan on the couch by ourselves.

After the movie finished we put on the first Lord Of The Rings. Only ten minutes in Austin had passed out, and Alan turned to me, "Are you tired? Did you want to go to bed?" to which I replied, "Not really I slept in today so I'll be up for a while, but you can go to bed if you want to.."

He looked down at me and smiled, "Nah I'll stay up with you till you go to sleep.". I smiled back at him and decided to rest my head on his shoulder. A couple minutes later he moved his arm and put it around my shoulders, pulling me a little closer to him. I didn't mind it at all, I felt warm and safe. I felt my eyes getting heavy so I laid down putting my head on Alan's lap and he pulled the blanket over me as I fell asleep.

Alan's POV;

I watched her fall asleep, she looked so peaceful and cute. When I put my arm around her I thought she would have pulled away, but she didn't. I wonder if she feels the same way I do. Nah she wouldn't, I'm like a brother to her. Her brothers best friend.

I drifted off to sleep thinking about how great it would be to kiss her and to call her mine...

**A/N This one's a little longer, hopefully the chapters to come will be longer than this. Feedback would be wonderful! I'm not sure how long the story will be but I might make a sequel if people like enough when I'm done.**
