'Di pangkaraniwan (Encantadia)

Chapter ten

X: 'Di pangkaraniwan.......

The place filled with laughter, we stood there listening, actually hinihiling ko na lang na lumabas ang mga infected and eat this woman alive. Baka sakaling matuwa pa ako pag nangyari yun.

"You broke my heart Tom." Sabi ni Sunshine, she even clutched her chest na kala mo ba talagang in pain sya. "Lahat ng pinagsamahan natin itatapon mo lang for that woman? Mag-isip ka nga, sino ang pumulot sayo nung mga oras na walang wala ka? Kung hindi naman dahil sakin, wala ka ngayon sa kinatatayuan mo. Without me, you're just a loser pilot na sinusuka ng lahat. Am I right?" 

"Enough, sobra natong ginagawa mo. Hindi pa ba sapat ang mga ginawa mo sa kanya? Hell, you cut his tongue out forgiveness sake!"

"Cut his tongue? Me?" She laughed at what I said, nasisiraan na talaga ang isang 'to. "Is that what he told you? Oh my, hindi mo pala alam..Tom with or without your tongue you still lying to everyone. Wala ng nabago sayo. Bakit hindi natin ikwento sa kanya ang kaganapan, shall we Tom? Oops hindi mo na nga pala kaya. Ako na lang." Sunshine sat on the ground and pulled out her stick from her jacket at sinindihan ito. "I did that to him kasi masyado syang maingay. Bumabaligtad eh, kala mo sinong malinis.." Bumuga sya and breathed hard. "So Tommy here is my friend, slash bodyguard, slash schoolmate, slash...brother."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko, looking from Sunshine to Tom then back to Sunshine again. Did I heard it right? 

And as if na rinig nya ako ngumisi sya at nag salita uli. "Tama ka ng nadinig, kapatid ko nga sya. You see Kylie marami ka pang hindi alam samin. You kept protecting that man all along when he is the reason why the world is fucked up." She tilted her head trying to provoke me. "Now tell me which side are you now?"

Tinignan ko si Tom, analyzing his body language. He didn't even shook his head to protest habang inaakusahan sya ng baliw na toh. I'm no professional but for me it seems Sunshine here is telling the truth.

Honestly though, I don't know which one to believe now. Lalo lang gumulo ang sitwasyon ko napakalayo sa inaasahan ko, diba dapat rescue mission lang, bakit may mga ganitong pag aminan na nagaganap. Ewan ko na....

"Anong gusto mong mangyari?" I finally said after a long pause.

"You know what I want." She nodded to Tom. "Bigay mo sya sakin."

"How 'bout we make a deal, him in exchange of my friends and we all walk away here safe and sound."

Sunshine wag her finger again tutting. "No no. Hindi ikaw ang gagawa ng deal dito, I'm the one who has the trigger here. How about, this I'll give back your friends, just hand me my brother and...your tongue."

I swear this woman has weird fetish for tongues. Grabe, sira na talaga ang turnilyo nito sa ulo at mukhang nangangalawang pa.

Sunshine puffed another one from her cigarette and blow, I watch the smoke dance on the air. I wish the smoke speak to me like one of those cartoon episodes I used to watch, pero kailangan ko pang dagukan ang sarili ko para magising na ito ang reyalidad.
