The next day in the afternoon while Robin and I were watching tv the doorbell rang and Mrs Buckley walked to the door and a couple of seconds later she came back and said: ''Tessa, sweety. There's some black haired boy and red haired girl for you here.'' ''Who could that be?'' Robin asked, I shrugged and walked to the door with Robin following me. ''Lucas, Max, what are you doing here?'' ''It's about Dart, Dustin and Steve are making a trap for him and we're going to them now. You gotta come with us as an extra protector.'' ''Who is dart and why do you gotta go?'' Robin asked behind me. I had to tell her now, she would have a lot of questions if she'd see what we were planning on doing. She has to know the truth. ''What does she mean?'' Max asked. ''She doesn't know yet.'' I said. ''What don't I know yet? Tess, please tell me.'' I sighed and said to her. ''Okay, you can come and to be honest. I haven't really told you the truth about me. I can explain everything on the way. But we gotta go now.'' ''Okay sure, let's get our bikes.'' ''Oh and take weapons too, for now we just have a baseball bat.'' ''I'm a weapon myself, remember?'' ''What do you mean you're a weapon?'' Robin asked with a little fear in her voice. ''Sweetheart, I'll explain everything and answer every question you wanna ask, but we gotta go right now.'' ''Okay, but what do I tell my mom.'' ''Uhmm. Tell them we're at the Wheelers house, Nancy lives there and we're friends. So that'll be okay I think.'' ''So I gotta lie? Why?'' ''Yeah, we're risking lives by telling people everything. Let's go.'' Robin nodded and 2 minutes later we were cycling to the graveyard with a very confused Robin.
We arrived 15 minutes later there, Steve and Dustin were already there. ''Is that Harrington from the basketball team and some of our classes?'' ''Yes, Steve Harrington. I'm friends with him, he helped us with some... issues last year.'' I looked at Dustin and he pointed at Lucas and me and signed that we had to come. ''You told them?'' ''Robin doesn't know, Max does'' ''So what?'' ''So what!?'' ''You wanted to tell Max too'' ''But I didn't, alright We all agreed not to tell her to look for Dart'' ''Who you conveniently found'' ''Are you suggesting that I'm lying?'' ''I'm saying that you have a creepy little bond with him'' ''Yeah that was before he turned into a demogorgon'' ''Wait, Dart is a demogorgon?'' ''Yeah, well not fully grown yet, it's like a child of a demogorgon.'' ''But please cut the crap, at least Max knows what she can expect, I brought someone who has not a single clue what is going to happen her.'' ''Who is she by the way?'' ''Robin, we're dating.'' ''You're what?'' Lucas and Dustin said in unison ''Shut it, I like girls, cut the crap. You both like Max and have no clue what is happening to Will right now.'' I stood up and went to Robin. ''We gotta build a fort from the bus over there'' ''A fort? What for.'' ''Remember, first doing shit, then I'll explain everything, alright?'' ''Okay sure.'' Robin said and we started collecting everything we could use and started renovating the bus into a big fort that would hopefully be safe enough for all of us. We covered all the windows, put the top window open and put a ladder on it so we would be able to watch everything from there.
When we were finished it was really dark already and the fog has came up. ''Okay, now I'll explain everything, and why I lied to you. You can ask questions when I'm finished. Alright?'' ''Okay, please explain everything.'' ''Okay, so I'm officially not adopted yet, Joyce is my legal guardian and I just came to them last year. I haven't grown up at their house, when I was 5 they took me from my parents and brought me to a lab to do all kinds of tests on me. They were experimenting on me, due to whatever they put in me I got powers from, like telekinesis and a bunch of other shit. They never were kind or nice to me. The other girls were, the oldest one is almost 10 years older than me They were all so young, but one of them was like my little sister. Her name is Eleven, on a day in November last year we were done with being in the lab. We created a distraction so that I could cut the power for at least an hour. When everyone was running around we took our chance and left the lab. We ran into Lucas, Dustin and Mike. At that moment Will was lost, remember that article about him. Him being lost in the woods, is body was found a week later in the water. That wasn't his body, it was fake, somebody or something had put him there. Eleven and I helped the boys getting back Will. We found out alter that Will got taken by something called a demogorgon and was in something called the upside-down a world that's literally beneath our feet. We found Will later on, but the Demogorgons found a gasp between our world and theirs. Luckily it was just one, Eleven defeated it. I wanted to help but she didn't want me to, now she's just gone, probably in the upside down. Flash forward to a week ago, Will has these things called episodes and he can see into the upside down, but it isn't good cause now his body almost is getting taken over by something called a mindflayer.'' Hey I could say the word mindflayer. The thing was too far away for it being able to block my mouth. ''Oh yeah and we're here because Dustin found a baby Demogorgon in his trash, now it's almost adult and it's dangerous as hell and it's probably coming for us and we're gonna trap him. I didn't tell you any of this since I know you like this for just a couple of days and I wanted to protect you, I was gonna tell you all of it but later and then this happened and I'm so sorry that I lied to you a lot, I know we promised not to lie to each other but everything I had in my life, no one deserves to has that happen to them and again I'm just so so sorry for not telling you baby.'' I almost burst out in tears. Robin pulled me closer to her and comforted me ''Shhh, Shhh everything will be alright darling. I promise, can I ask questions now?'' I nodded ''First, how many girls were taken in that lab and what were their ages?'' ''I don't know how many, the oldest is I think almost 26 now and the youngest is currently 10 I think.'' ''What do your powers include?'' ''Most of it is actually everything Wanda Maximoff can do.'' ''So you were actually hinting with your costume with Halloween?'' ''Kinda and Wanda is just a badass and amazing.'' ''I'll probably have a bazillion questions later on, but I think everything has to sink in now.'' ''So you're not mad with me?'' ''Darling, how could I be mad with you, you all had to keep this secret to protect me, that's cute actually.'' I wiped my tears away. ''Really?'' ''Really.'' She said and we kissed.
But not a second later we heard a scream coming from outside, Dart arrived. We all went to a window and looked outside. ''I've got eyes! 10 o'clock!'' We looked at the direction, it was still kinda hard to see with the fog, but we did saw it. ''He is not taking the bait, why isn't he taking the bait?'' Steve wondered, ''Maybe he's not hungry?'' ''Or he's just sick of cow.'' ''You dumbasses gave a demogorgon cow?'' ''Yeah, why?'' ''That wasn't smart, from cow they just get hungrier.'' ''Son of a bitch.'' Dustin cursed, Steve stood up and grabbed his bat. ''Steve, Steve, what are you doing?'' He pulled up his lighter. ''Just get ready.'' He stepped out of the bus with his bat. ''Why am I not going, I'm the one with the powers.'' ''No, you stay here. I can do this.'' Steve walked slowly to the place where the bait was, nothing came. ''Shit.'' I heard Lucas saying from upstairs. ''What? What's happening?'' ''There are multiple... STEVE, STEVE YOU HAVE TO GET AWAY THERE'' We all started yelling and screaming to warn Steve. ''Steve! Abort! Abort!'' Dustin opened the door, I walked outside, just next to the door so Steve could come inside. ''Run! I'll cover you!'' First he hit a demogorgon thing before running to us. Almost, almost, almost. Steve was in and 5 demogorgons were behind him. I split my arms and it pushed them to the side and got in myself. ''Go away there. I can lock them out.'' I held up my hands to the door and locked us in and the creatures out. ''Shit, Shit'' A claw of one of the demogorgons got through the metal, I went back and Steve started hitting it with his bat. ''IS ANYONE THERE? MIKE, WILL? ANYONE? Dustin screamed into his headset hoping for an answer we knew he wouldn't get. Robin was trying to stay tough, but she couldn't and whispered to herself. ''We're gonna die, I'm gonna die, we're gonna die, I'm gonna die.'' ''Robin, Baby, we're not going to die. I promise. I promise you with my life.'' ''If we die I need to say something to you.'' ''What? What do you wanna say?'' ''I love you, I know I just met you for a week, that we just started dating but I fucking love you with my whole heart and I wanna be together with you forever.'' She said before putting her hands around my face and kissing me. I kissed back, but Dustin stopped us. ''It's very cute this confection and everything, but we have a situation here. The demogorgon is on the roof.'' ''He is what?'' Max was standing on the opening and a second later she screamed on the top of her lungs seeing the demogorgon. Steve pushed her out of the way and started screaming to the demogorgon. ''YOU WANNA GET IN? YOU WANNA GET THIS? YOU WANT TO?'' He couldn't even swing his bat to the thing once before it turned away, jumped of the roof and walked away. We slowly went out of the bus to see where the demogorgons were off to. They just ran away. ''What... Happened?'' Lucas asked. ''I don't know'' Max answered. ''Did Steve scare em off?'' ''No, no way, they're going somewhere.'' I said on what Robin said. ''But where the hell would things like that go?'' ''The lab.''
We couldn't do anything to go to the lab since those things were way faster than us. So the best thing for now was just to go home, we missed dinner but neither of us were hungry after everything what we just saw. ''So this is what your life consists of?'' ''Kinda, not this bad, but this things, yeah.'' We hadn't realize that it was already 10:30 PM so we went to sleep. ''some nights ago, I felt your arms around me.'' I said when we were lying in bed and I turned to Robin. ''You did? I thought you were asleep already.'' ''I thought you were thinking that.'' ''Was it bad then?'' ''No, no it wasn't I felt protected, that was one of the first times in my life that I can remember feeling protected.'' ''I'm glad that I can protect you. But about this night, you didn't say anything about me loving you, about the whole confession I made.'' ''I didn't know how to react to that, no one ever said that to me. I don't really know what that type of love includes.'' ''I can help you with that darling.'' ''Thank you sweetheart.'' ''I have one last question though.'' ''Ask.'' ''I know we've been dating for such a short time, but I just know that you're the one. Do you wanna be my girlfriend?'' ''I'd love to.'' I simply said.
