Season 10, episode 4

"Zip me up?" Helena requested, in an hospital lounge.

"Sure." Mark agreed, zipping the back of Helena's red dress, by the mirror. As he did, he pressed a kiss to her neck, making the girl smile. "Tie my tie?"

With a nod, Helena turned around, beginning to work on the man's tie.

"You know, when we went to Derek and Meredith's, yesterday, I realized how much I missed when Ali was that small. Just a tiny little bundle of cuteness." Helena told her husband.

"I do, too." Mark agreed. After a moment of silence, the man reflecting, he let out. "Why don't we, you know... have another one?"

"Another baby?" Helena froze in her movements, her voice soft.

"Yes, I mean, I've told you, I want as many as you'll give me. It'd a good age gap between Ali and the baby. And we'd be an even number, so we can make teams when we play, when they're older..." He suggested, trying to hide his excitement at the prospective.

"You've thought quite a lot about this..." The short girl pointed out.

"I have. So, what do you say? Let's have another baby?" He tried, smiling.

"Absolutely!" Helena agreed, with a smile. "Let's have another baby."

However, as excited as she was for the idea of having another child, there was something in her that made her scared. Scared of not being able to protect the new baby, like she hadn't been able to protect Henry.

And that feeling, almost in her gut, made her feel almost as scared as she was excited.

"Good nigh." Helena greeted, approaching Cristina and Callie, at the gala. Looking around at all the circus performers, she let out. "So, this is... extravagant."

"That's one way to put it." Callie chuckled.

As Meredith approached them, Cristina let out. "Meredith Grey, as I live and breathe. I haven't seen you in ages, how's Derek liking maternity leave?"

"He's on paternity leave." She corrected. "We have a deal. I don't work, neither does he."

"That's smart." Helena agreed. "Oh, I'm so doing that the next time."

"It's working out well." The blond nodded.

At that, both Callie and Helena shared a look, the older woman speaking up.
