"After 11 months, you finally decided to open your heart again." Alex said while cooking our breakfast.

I went downstairs to cook but I spotted her cooking already. I said I wanted to help but she just pushed me towards the kitchen counter to seat. So, I watched her instead.

"I didn't expected that you will do that. I mean, its not that easy to move on from 10-year relationship." She continued.

"Me either. I also didn't expected to forget my feeling for Joshua these past months. But when I realized that he's not the only boy who existed here. Or he's not the only man I've ever known. I thought of that I should give chance to others who cared for me." I answered.

"But to be honest, I did not expected him to cheat on you. You had known each others fro years and got comfortable with each other already. But he still does to look in other girl." She said chuckling.

"No one is perfect. He will do that. For sure." I said and grabbed some plates in the cabinet and placed it on the table.

"I have a question." I looked up to see her and nodded.

"What if he apologized to you? What will you say?" She asked while plating the food she cooked.

"I'm sure you thought I will never forgive him but, like I said, no one is perfect. Atleast he already realize the mistakes he had done. And apologized. Everyone deserves to be forgiven." I said and sat down in the chair again.

"I really owe for being kind. Imagine, Joshua already did mistake but you still choosen to forgive him." She said and placed the food on the table.

We heard footsteps from the stairs and we saw Trix and Nina walking towards the kitchen.

"Oh. You both came on time. I was about to go upstairs to wake you up. Breakfast is ready." Alex said and sat down to the chair.

They didn't respond just went to their seat and started eating.

"Xtell-shi. Wonwoo wanted to see you." Mingyu said to Xtell

"Oh really? Where he is?" Xtell asked because she didn't notice Wonwoo inside the room.

"He's on the rooftop. I guess? That's the last thung he said before saying he wanted to meet you." Xtell nodded and headed out of the room.

Xtell entered the rooftop to see Wonwoo on the edge of it.

"Wonwoo" I called and he faced me.

"How long have you been here?" I asked.

"Uh, just a while ago." He said scratching his nape.

I went beside him and admired the city while the sunsets infront. I managed to get my phone in my pocket to capture the view. (Omg, if I could See that too, I will do the same😭💗)

When I already placed down my phone, I noticed Wonwoo staring at me.

"Hey. Staring is bad." I said chuckling that made him look away.

"Btw, why did you wanted to see me?" I asked.

He cleared his throat and back faced the view infront but me, I stay at my position waiting for him to speak.

"I wanted to say it to you personally but I think there are so many against." He started.

"Against? What do you mean by that?" I asked confused.

"Maybe because everytime that we talk, there is always some troubles that will surprise you. I mean when we are talking your phone will suddenly rang indicating you need to go away again." I knitted my eyebrows because I can't understand what he's trying to say

"Just straight to the point" I said and faced his side.

"Now we are alone. I hope you can understand this." He said before facing me and capturing my lips into his.

He slowly placed his hands to my waist and pulled me closer to him. My hands are on his chest but I slowly trailed it onto his neck and wrap it around him. And I slowly kissed back.

I can feel that Wonwoo smiled through the kiss before capturing my lips again.

After few minutes, he pulled out and stared deeply to my eyes while our foreheads connecting.

"I wanted to say that I like you. No. I love you. All these time. But you have Joshua. Your boyfriend. I gave up from you because I think Joshua won't try to hurt you. But he proved me wrong. Seeing you cry because of him, makes my heart broke into pieces. I'm always by your side because I think you need a shoulder to lean on. You need someone to lean on. And it was me. Xtell. I wanted to prove that I can make you feel happy more than Joshua did. I can make you feel love than Joshua did. And I won't make you cry and hurt like Joshua did." He said. I can't help but to cry.

"Xtell-shi. I wanted to ask your permission. Permission to be my girlfriend." He said, he cupped my cheeks

I can't answer him.But For now, I should give Wonwoo a chance to prove himself right. I also needed to move on from Joshua even though I still love him. I can't wait for forever to give me and Joshua a chance to be together again. Alex is right.

There are someone beside me who's waiting for me. Waiting for the right time and place. And its Wonwoo.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. This time, I also wanted to prove myself right.

I wanted to prove that I can move on from my past. To make myself happy again.

I'm Ready to love, because Wonwoo help me to be strong. And not to be scared. He help me in everything.

I nodded to Wonwoo.

"Yes. I will be your girlfriend." I said and he moved away  from me, holding his mouth in awe can't believe I just answered him as yes.

"It seems like you don't want." I said jokingly and started to walk from him slowly to tease him.

"No no no. I just-- wow." He said and embraced me to his arms. I feel safe. My heart started to beat fast again. At first, I thought that this was just from Joshua. The feeling that Joshua made me feel fluttered.

But all of that 'thought' proved me wrong. Wonwoo make me feel wrong. Because he proved himself to me that it was also him who can make me feel like this not only Joshua.

My tears started to flow down in my cheeks. Wonwoo wiped it using his thumb. And he leaned in to capture my lips one more time.

Not as a friend just like what he did before confessing,

But as his girlfriend.
