"Aren't you supposed to go to AIU?" My older brother, Lucas asked.

I rolled my eyes and replied. "It's Sunday, Kuya." How can he even forget the day?

AIU stands for Atticus International University. An innocent university for the first time. Well, innocence is an understatement. Anyway, I have mostly homeschooled my entire life but I entered med school. The twist of entering AIU is that I'm not going to study there, I have to find out something. Something that only AIU can answer.

Levi suddenly entered the room. "Tama! Bakit ba nagmamadali ka? ALSO, hindi lang siya ang papasok doon. I'm here, you know?" He pointed himself. Here's my chismoso and madaldal na twin-brother.

"I never knew you existed," Lucas answered back.

The latter turned to me. "Twin, did you hear what he said?" Levi holds his chest, pretending that he is hurt. I rolled my eyes at the two of them, showing that I'm irritated.

Levi Araceli and Lucas Aquila, are two men who make my head ache every time they're together. So as much as possible, they need to part all the time. Hindi sila magkasundo. I don't know if it makes sense but I guess it's because of their initials. Both are LA.

"Kuya, I want sinigang." I suddenly told Lucas. He turned to me and in the blink of an eye, he already left. "He loves to cook that much huh?" I giggled.

"Maybe he misses cooking for us. You know he is always on duty in the operating room." Levi added.

"Being a doctor must be so difficult." I winced.

"You are a doctor."

"Oh yeah right." I am 26 years old and entering school again.

"Pucha! Ang anghang!" Levi shouted in panic. He desperately ran towards the refrigerator and looked for milk. Sumunod naman sakaniya ang patawa-tawang si Lucas.

That must be spicy....well mine is tasty.

Lucas is a good cook. Very husband material. I wonder why he's single up to this day.

I stayed unbothered and ate peacefully while the two were fighting in front of me. Wala namang bago sa kanila, ganyan sila parati. I kind of missed that bond between them because Lucas is busy with his work while si Levi naman busy sa MGA babae niya.

"Nanadya ka ata eh!"

"I thought you love spicy foods?"

"Hindi kaya! Si Cali yun!"

They are loud. Their loud voices fill the huge and quiet mansion.

"Miss Aurelia? You have a visitor...." Grace, our maid interrupted. With the terror on her face I wondered who it could be.

At this hour? I have a visitor? Nang lingunin ko sila Lucas at Levi, nanahimik sila at inaantay akong tumayo.

I stood up and headed my way to the main door. When I opened the door a familiar scent caught my attention. It's stuck on my nostrils—She's back. This bitch is back.

She pushed me to the side before entering. "Uh, let me in first. I missed home." I scoffed. I missed home?

After what she did to me, after the betrayal. She's here in front of me. What I can say is that her face is much thicker than the books I studied to become a doctor, combining mine and Lucas' books.
