Vampires, the black blooded night monsters that feared the sun. Under the crest of the dark moon, they desire blood in order to both survive and gain more power. But there were some vampires that fought for the sake of Humanity, the Code Zero vampire unit.
Chiiyuki was just an ordinary girl, at least that's how she saw herself. But with her birth, the fate of both, the vampires and human-beings had changed. This girl was bitten twice and yet, had somehow managed to stay human. The overwhelming poison didn't kill her and her body had gained vampire like powers. When the code zero's vampire unit of the Japanese military found her, they forcefully took her in as a test subject.
