Chapter:8- To Protect ____________
"Rejoice men, we're going on a picnic today!"
The colonel suddenly told spoke out to his crew. The others were a bit shocked as the colonel rarely gave them holidays, or just so they thought, that this was a holiday. Chiyuuki was packing a bunch of stuff along with Kurusu.
"Chiiyuki-chan, we can keep a few chocolates!" Kurusu said as she nodded. "And some pastries!" She said and placed a few pastries inside of the basket. "Some blood candy!" Kurusu placed a few candies, "Popsicles!" She said raising an arm, then they placed a bunch of other sweet stuff inside the food basket.
Suwa held his head, "Seriously those two and their sweet tooth..." he said in disbelief. "Keep some normal food and blood too! You can't fill your bellies with sweets!" Yamagami said as he went to those two to empty some of the sweets.
"You can fill your bellies with sweets!" Chiiyuki said as kurusu nodded, agreeing with his friend.
"They're totally besties! Aha ha ha!!" Takeuchi said as he passed by and the two youngest members of the group fought for their sweets. "We'll give you some too Yamagami-san! Let us keep them!" Kurusu said as Yamagami snatched the basket from him, "I don't want any! Shut up and keep some normal vampire food in there!" He shouted as the two finally gave up. Takeuchi chuckled and let Chiiyuki keep a few sweets in his baggage. And so they left off for the picnic.

"Picnic my ass! More like mountain climbing!" Yamagami hissed as the group looked up front, towards the huge mountain that was in front of them. The Colonel had asked them to dress in the local police uniforms authorized by the government. "Don't worry Yamagami-san, this is a mission too!" Kurusu said as Chiiyuki somehow climbed up a bit of the rocks, but the again slipped down.
