"Oh-Kay, so... we're dealing with an alternate version of our Lydia who just got pulled through our Lydia's mirror into our universe?"

Adam's headless body paced the room, whilst his head sat off to the side

"Yep!" Barbara chirped in response, leaning herself against her version of Lydia's bedroom door and watching her husband with curiosity.

Adam's body stopped with its pacing, replacing its head on its body and turning to look at Barbara, with a huge grin stretched across his face. "Without knowing what exactly pulled her through the mirror into our universe to begin with?"

"Double Yep!" Barbara said.

"And now we're going to have to figure out a way to get her back to her own universe?"

"Triple Yep!" Barbara said.

Adam couldn't stand things anymore. One Lydia was enough, but two? He turned his head at the same time as Barbara did, both of the ghosts watching their Lydia and her alternate self with worry. Yet at the same time, confusion. The mirror in Lydia's bedroom had started just rippling without any given explanation. Who knew if the exact same thing happened in the alternate Lydia's universe?

Adam and Barbara floated over towards where both Lydias were sat down on their Lydia's bed, sitting down on either side of both girls. Barbara right beside her Lydia and Adam right beside the alternate Lydia.

"Do you remember exactly what happened in your universe, alternate Lydia?" Adam asked out of concern, causing the alternate Lydia to turn her head and look in his direction. "Just before you were pulled through our Lydia's mirror into our universe."

"I... do remember what I knew was a woman's voice coming out of my mirror not that much long before it happened," alternate Lydia replied. "Whoever she was, she did not sound all that pleasant. Sounded evil. Threatening even. Sounded like she had plans for me. And I do not like those plans. Whatever they are."

"Unpleasant woman?" Beetlejuice turned to face both of the Lydias and the Maitlands. "Do you mean my ma?"

Alternate Lydia gave Beetlejuice a confused look, tilting her head to the side.

"Never mind."

Adam and Barbara turned their heads and looked at one another, the both of them equally as confused as the other was. Then they turned their heads and focused their attention back over towards Beetlejuice.

"Wait?! So let me get this straight?!" Adam spoke up, grabbing Beetlejuice's attention and causing the demon to look in the male ghost's direction. "Your mother can regenerate and is back in the Netherworld as we speak?"

Beetlejuice was about to open his mouth to respond when a voice from Lydia's mirror caught his attention. Again he turned on his heel, coming face to face with what appeared to be his mother's image shown in Lydia's mirror. An annoyed look crossed his face and his hair color became an apparent deep red in shade. Well, in actuality, Beetlejuice was more angry than he was annoyed.

He stepped over towards Lydia's mirror, slamming his hands down on the teenager's dresser drawers. "What do you want, ma?"

She laughed, a sly smirk making itself apparent on her face. "So I see my plan worked."

"What plan, ma?!" Beetlejuice demanded.

Juno pointed her hand out towards the alternate version of Lydia, but kept her gaze locked solidly onto Beetlejuice. "Oh, you really didn't think that I was the one who pulled her through the mirror into this universe, did you?"

Alternate Lydia stood up, storming over towards other her's mirror and pushing Beetlejuice out of the way. That, of course, left the demon stunned as he went over to join his universe's version of Lydia and the Maitlands.

"So it was YOU who pulled me through this mirror into this universe?!"

Juno chuckled, resting a hand against her cheek. "Indeed."

"WHY?!" alternate Lydia demanded, very nearly shaking other her's mirror.

"Tsk, tsk," Juno tutted, shaking her head. "Alternate Lydia, I've been keeping a close eye on all of the different universes in which we exist. And I have kept a close eye on the universe you live in specifically. All the while figuring out how to pull certain people through any mirror into any universe."

"Well, can you just tell us how to get her back to her own universe?" Barbara demanded.

Juno once again smirked. "I would, but that would just ruin all the fun."

"There's nothing fun about me being here!" alternate Lydia grumped. "I want to be back in my own universe, with my family. And instead I'm stuck here in this universe for who knows how long."

"Aw... but if you go back to your universe now, that would just ruin all of the plans that I have for you," Juno tutted.

"YOU! You were the voice I heard in the mirror just before I was pulled through it!"

Juno didn't answer, though, instead, again, smirking evilly at alternate Lydia and the rest of the gathered group. "Well, I'll leave you all be for now. Let the alternate version of Lydia get herself settled into the modern universe. But this isn't the last you guys are going to see of me. I can tell the lot of you guys now that the next time you see me, it will not be through this here mirror."

With that, Juno's image disappeared from Lydia's mirror.

Alternate Lydia turned on her heel and moved to rejoin her alternate self and the rest of the group. She plopped herself down on the other Lydia's bed and just started crying, her head in her hands. Tears upon tears dripping down her face. And that seemed to worry her other self, Adam, and Barbara to no end.

"What did she mean when she said she'd let me get settled into the modern world? Am I in the future or something?"

"Alternate Lydia." Barbara turned her head, resting a hand on the other Lydia's back. "Are you... from a different time period or something?"

Alternate Lydia calmed herself down long enough to answer Barbara's question. "I'm from the nineteen eighties."

"So, when Juno pulled you through my mirror into this universe," Lydia replied, turning to look over at her other self. "She pulled you thirty years into the future?"

"I guess you could put it that way..." alternate Lydia responded with a simple nod as she looked back over at her alternate self. "But how am I going to get back to my own time and universe?"

"We'll find a way, alternate Lydia. We promise we will." Barbara winked at alternate Lydia and caused her to laugh in response. "But, for now, you're gonna need to get used to a lot of new things in a whole new century."
