Waking up to the smell of pork, Alexander sat up, clutching his stomach. He could her things moving around in the other room, where the smell was coming from.

Standing up slowly, Alexander practically waddled his way over to the room, feeling incredibly sore.

"Karl?"

"Jesus" A spoon was thrown across the kitchen like area as Karl jumped out of fright.

"Alex, thank god it's you! You scared me a little, I have to admit that" Alexander chuckled a little at the language Karl was using.

"Please, take a seat, I'll finish your breakfast shortly"

"You're not going to join me?"

"No, I need to work more on the army" Alexander nodded, a bit solomly. Karl turned back to the food and that made Alexander realise something.

"I didn't know you could cook?"

"There's a lot of things you don't know about me" Alexander raised an eyebrow.

"Really? Anything I am allowed to know?" Karl let out a snort at the tone of Alexanders voice.

"Curious little shit-"."what?~ Am I not allowed to get to know you more?" The two laughed a little as Karl pilled the food up on a plate.

"What would you possibly want to know about me?" Alexander shrugged at the question.

"Anything really, favorite colour? Favorite food?" Karl chuckled at Alexanders simplicity.

"You're so simple Alex" An offened gasp came from Alexander, causing Karl to laugh. Setting the plate in front of Alexander, a genuine smile appeares on Karls face as the male instantly dug in.

"Did... Did Miranda tell you anything?" Alexander stopped shoving food into his mouth and looked at Karl as he slowly chewed and swallowed it.

"Um... Well... She uh... She said some rather uncomfortable things... If you get what I mean" Karl processed what Alexander said and let out an 'oh'.

There was an awkward silence as Alexander poked around his food and Karl leaned against the counter, his eyes avoiding Alexander.

"I-... How do we wanna go about that?" Alexander asked, nerves radiating from his voice. Karl was bitting his cheek and tapping his foot against the cement floor.

"I don't know... We should take it slow for now, you're still healing" Alexander nodded in agreement.

The silence was suffocating and awkward as the two sat in silence. Alexander slowly taking bites from his meal, only to have his stomach growl for something else.

Karl took notice of the paling Alexander and raised an eyebrow.

"I should probably visit my mother, I need to get... Suplies" Alexander explained rather vaguely, but Karl got the jest and he nodded.

"Need help getting there? I highly doubt that your body wants to carry suplies back, unless you got a servant?"

Smiling Alexander gladly accepted Karls offer and the awkward silence left slowly but surely. Karl decided to steal a few pieces of bacon and sit down alongside Alexander.

During the entire time that they ate, Alexander could somehow only focus on Karls hands, not going unnoticed by Karl.

After finishing eating, Karl cleaned off his fingers on his scruffy shirt and pulled on Alexanders hair out of nowhere.

At the sudden feeling of his hair being pulled Alexander let out an embarassing yelp, covering his mouth and turning bright red at the laughter coming from Karl.

"Didn't expect a noise like that" Karl said teasingly as he tugged at Alexanders hair again, getting another noise.

Alexander gave a glare at Karl and grabbed Karls wrist. Karl didn't falter and still tugged on Alexanders hair.

"Stop it already!"

"No, it's funny"

At that Alexander let out a sarcastic laugh at that and clenched Karls wrist a little harsher. Karl chuckled and let go off Alexanders, to his discorvery, soft hair.

"Well, you should probably get back to work and I'll be out... Getting supplies" Alexander said, Karl simply nodded and walked to one of his many work shops in the factory while Alexander was making his way outside.

Seems like somebody didn't want Alexander to visit home, judging from the large golden decorated box, that was just outside of the door. It reeked of blood, human blood.

Looking around Alexander saw nothing else out of the ordinary. Lifting up the box with a little struggle, it put a bit too much pressure on his abdomen.

Alexander walked back to his and Karls shared room, setting the box down.

Opening the box, the first thing Alexander saw was a letter, sealed with his family crest. Grabbing hold of it, Alexander broke the crest and immediately felt exhausted.

'Dear Alexander,

I hope you are fairing well in that disgusting factory.

I know that I have not been much of a mother and I wish I could apologize for that, but it wouldn't truly excuse me and shouldn't.

Do know that I am incredibly proud of you for acting upon Mother Mirandas wishes.

I hope you visit soon,

Mother'

Alexander felt conflicted, his mother cared for him, but was it only because he was 'obeying' Mother Miranda?

Putting the letter down, Alexander looked into the box and felt his stomach growl at the sight of flesh and a bottle of blood.

Shakily reaching out, Alexander took a piece of flesh from the box and brought it too his mouth, sinking his teeth into it and taking a chunk out of it.

A moan came from Alexander as he felt himself get intoxicated by the taste of it. It had been a while since he had tasted human flesh, he tried to eat as much flesh from local animals instead.

It didn't do much for him, but this. This was beyond delicious, Alexander didn't even realise that Karl had stumbled in amd watched Alexander moaning when eating a piece of flesh.

"You seem to enjoy your meat" And as a respons Alexander choked on the flesh at the unexpected comment. Turning to Karl, who was awkwardly standing by the door.

The two were just standing/sitting there, staring at each other. The air had a tension that they hadn't expierenced before, it wasn't bad in the silence.

Feeling blood drip down his cheek, Alexander licked his lips and at that Karl pounched. Pinning Alexander to the matress and having kicked the box aside when jumping Alexander.

"This is your fault!" Karl growled out as Alexander squirmed beneath him.

"What?!" Karl leaned forward, his lips brushing against Alexanders. Alexander felt his breathing halt a little and for a moment Karl released Alexanders wrists.

"Stop me if you don't want this" It was said softly and everything paused for a moment. That was until Alexander closed the tiny gap between him and Karl.

Pulling apart for a well needed intake of air, the two stayed quiet, greedily taking in air. Karl lips and beard were somewhat covered in blood, the kiss also had the taste of blood, but neither minded.

Karl leaned up and pulled off his shirt, helping Alexander remove his own. Karl took a look at Alexanders stomach, the bandages having been removed by Alexander a short while ago.

Their was a scar, Alexander was truly lucky with the regeneration in his body. Karl placed a kiss against the scar before unbuckling his belt. Alexander reaching out and helping him, both were silent, but they didn't have to say anything.

Would they regret this? Absolutely not.
