"Lei, please naman... forgive me. I can't live without you," Regine pled as her tears fell, "please..."

"Talaga ba, Regina? You can't live without me? After I left Rob & Nic for you, this is what I'd get, huh?" Lea bitterly responded.

"Nate was unwell I had to be with him. Ogie was there. What do you want me to do? My child needed his parents!"

"Your child needed his parents to be there... for HIM! Not for the both of you to re-acquaint and have sex! Punyeta, Reg! Ang tagal na panahon kong nagcocontemplate about leaving Robert and Nicole for you but eventually I did dahil mahal kita! At times, I feel regret because Rob has been nothing but a great husband and I broke his heart because I fell in love with another."

"I never asked for you to leave them, Carmen."

"Well... if that's the case then leave, Reg. Ngayon din. Leave!"

"You've got to be kidding me! You're not really asking me to leave, Lea. Are you?" Regine asked Lea in surprise.

"I am. Umalis ka na! Bumalik ka na sa pamilya mo, Reg. I am going home. Uuwi na ko sa pamilya KO," Lea responded turning her back on Regine before her tears fell.

"Lei," Regine hugged her tightly from the back.

"Reg, please. Let go. Let's go home," Lea said as she abruptly removed Regine's arms from her waist then walked off to their shared bedroom to pack her things.

"Hon?" Rob called unto her, "hon, hey," the middle-aged man wiped the broadway diva's tears away with his thumb.

"Oh! Hon... what are you doing?" Lea came back to her senses as the man wrapped his arm around her.

"You're crying. Why? Is it because of that?" Rob pointed at the object on Lea's hand.

With the mention of that, Lea glanced at the piece of cardboard she's been holding for the last hour or so. It was an invitation to Regine and Ogie's renewal of vows. She heaved a sigh before facing Rob.

"Hon, I'm really sorry. I really am," Lea said as she began to sob uncontrollably.

Being the gentleman that he is, Rob just held Lea in his arms, "it's been five years, hon. I have forgiven everything. I love you and nothing can ever change that. Yea, I'd admit I got hurt when you left but I was the happiest when you came back. It means I've done something good. We've been good for the past five years. I know it's not the same, and it will never be. But at least my best friend came back."

"Hon, how can you be this nice after everything I've done? Paano?" Lea couldn't help but admire the humility of her husband. The man didn't even get mad at her but instead had welcomed her back five years ago as if nothing catastrophic happened to their marriage.

"Because I know that the love you have for her is the same love I have for you. It's immeasurable and unceasing. You love her and you always will," the man said with a faint smile.

"Robert, I love you. You know that, right?"

"Of course, hon. I know that. And I love you too. But go ahead, chase your girl. It's not too late," Rob told her.
