"I promise to be with you until we're gray and old," Leigh told Raven while they sat on the veranda of Leigh's home.

"I promise to be with you even after our spotlights dim," Raven replied then took a shot of tequila.

"When would that ever happen naman? A ver?" Leigh quizzed her.

Raven just let out a devious laugh, "aba! Malay ko! We're not sure of a lot of things naman kaya!"

Leigh grinned, "well, true. Pero ha? Pinky promise! Tayo na talaga ang magbestfriends until the end of time!"

"Oo naman, teh!" Raven responded the flashed Leigh a tipsy smile.

Leigh just shook her head. They spent the night together at Leigh's home and enjoyed each other's company while drinking and making chika.

Leigh Salvatorre (Lea Salonga) and Raven Valderama (Regine Velasquez-Alcasid) are both huge stars in the industry. They have been bestfriends for a while now. Until one day, Leigh just up and left without even telling Raven.

"Oh, teh? Umaano ka rito?" Vice asked Raven as soon as he saw her in the dressing room of the noon time show he was hosting.

"Bakla ka talaga! I am a guest of your show today. Malamang dapat nandito ako," Raven responded with a laugh then a big smile.

"I mean, bakit wala ka sa airport? Hindi mo hinatid si Leigh? Hala ka! Di na ba kayo close? Di ba usually kapag umaalis 'yon ikaw ang naghahatid sa kanya sa airport?"

"What do you mean? May shooting ata siya ng TVK today. Ikaw... kung anu-anong alam mo," Raven tried her best to smile while looking at her phone as she sent her 250th SMS for Leigh. 

"Budi, lumabas muna kayo nina Buern," Vice whispered to his friends and pointed to Raven with his lips. They immediately got the message and quietly left the room.

"Teh, it's okay. Iiyak mo 'yan. 'Wag mo akong ngitian. Maiintindihan ko kung gusto mo ring sumigaw at magwala. Saksi naman ako ng friendship niyo or maybe even more pa nga," Vice told her.

Raven looked around the room and noticed that everyone else was gone.

"Pinalabas ko muna sila. Busy ka naman sa phone mo kasi," Vice said as he locked the door.

Raven looked at Vice as he offered her a hug, she took this opportunity to bawl her eyes out. She caved into Vice's arms – who just quietly sat by her and didn't say a word.

On the other hand, Leigh had just seen Raven's last text message. She closed her eyes and heaved a sigh then turned her phone to flight mode. She was at the airport, waiting for her flight to New York to be called. The night Raven and herself made promises to each other was the night she accepted the offer to be Angelica Schuyler on another run of Hamilton in Broadway.

Three Years Later...

"Have you seen the latest news?" Vice asked Raven who's become a mainstay in the noontime show.

"Ano na namang chika 'yan bakla? Ikaw! Apakachismosa mong tunay!" Raven chuckled.

"Gaga! Kailangan mo talagang makita 'to. Sakto sa irerelease mong kanta 'teh!"

"Ha? Tarantado! Hindi nga?" Raven mocked Vice.

"Hay nako!" Vice irritably stated then displayed his phone in front of Raven whose hair was being done by Buern.
