10:00pm

It was 10:00 pm when Aaron, JJ and Em phone went off they gotten a case ... so they left me , as I was about to go back to sleep the twins woke up and started cry and Isabela woke up... so the twins and Isabela came into my bed, after JJ and Em and Aaron left for work. I was in the bathroom when I hard glass braking from downstairs, i enmity grabbed Isabela and the twins making them hide in the closet in or panic room, it's voice control so only mine or Aaron or JJ and Em voice could unlock it and enter mine and Aaron coda name " blackbird" or Em and JJ code name " Cheetos". I pushed the slint alarm button on my door frame before going downstairs.. I put a knife in the back of my pants while I had my gun ... I swear to myself I'll never use my gun while my daughter's are home .

I go downstairs I see broken glass, my front door opened, I checked everywhere by the time I was going back upstairs I was hit in the head with something..I was dragged to the kitchen I had tapped around my legs and arms. My vision was burry my head was pounding ...

Liv: w- who are you

Liv: what do you want from me
Will: tell me what you know about JJ
Liv: why will I tell you anything I don't even know you

I texted carina

Liv: aiutami carina

I wasn't getting anything out of this bitch so I did what I had to... I sliced her stomach
" Liv screaming in pain" I did it to her again and again ....

I managed to kick him with my legs causing him to fall.....

JJ: Em/ Aaron she's home with the girls,
Aaron: Penelope pulled up the our closet safe / panic room cameras

*20 minutes before *

Liv: Isabela I love you and your sisters okay now I need you to keep them safe while i go see who's here

Isabela: what's if something bad happened to you mommy

Liv: well baby you have daddy and mama JJ And Em But nothing will happen because I know they will find us in time

Isabela: but what happened if they don't

Liv: well I love you and your sisters ... I love daddy and mama JJ and mama Em ok but I need you be brave be brave for your sisters... there snacks and drinks and baby food your sisters and you  and toys . I'll be back...

JJ: bring up the living room audio and camera
Em: pull up her latest text message
Pg: here one but I can't read it
Dave: it's said " help me carina someone broke in I'm tide up in my own house"
Pg: that's was sent a few minutes before I got the notification about the silent alarm

So there's Will was sitting on top of me beating me up , but just then a shot fired make will drop next to me... I had his blood on my shirt and some on my face.. I looked up and I saw carina... she untied me I yelled in pain

Carina: Liv your hurt
Liv: carina you saved me ( kisses her lips)
Carina: let's get you to the hospital
Liv: no I need my girls there upstairs in the panic room ... Carina just stitch me up please
Carina: fine take off your top
Liv: first aid under the sink

There I was laying up against the counter with my top off she's stitch me up, and help me upstairs , I went to the panic room said the coda name and the girls came out

Isabela: mommy
Rosalyn/Morgan: mommy

They jumped onto me hugged me I screamed in pain but I was okay thanks to carina. The girls couldn't sleep so they stay up I was in the room with the girls and carina of course I had to add a new T-shirt. I grabbed the twins covered there eyes while carina took Isabela and cover her eyes while we made our way downstairs out though the door, I didn't want them seeing a body... carina drove us to the BAU she rode up with ...

Isabel: JJ ... Em.. daddy!!!!
Em: hey what's ( look up at Liv)
JJ: what's going on
Aaron: baby you okay
Liv: I'm fine just a bit in pain but carina help me, ooh you may want to get a c-r-I-m-e Sean out to our house...
carina: Liv I'm going to go call if you need anything

JJ: Liv what happened
Liv: so after your all left . The twins were crying so I brought them to bed with me and Isabela woke up and hop into bed with me. So as I was in the bathroom that's when I hard glass braking, and that's when I put Isabela and the twins in the panic room.... and honestly I clear the room but he -he hit me in the back of my head and tied me up . He was looking for answers about you JJ .
Em: ooh Liv baby I'm glad your okay
Aaron:Liv you truly are brave
Liv: it's just I  don't know how long it took the Silent alarm, so I messaged carina and she came and shot him because he was choking me I couldn't breathe.
JJ: who wanted answers on me
Liv: your ex will , but I didn't say anything
JJ: Liv thanks I'm glad you and the girls are safe Liv your are the best
