━━━━━━━━━━The morning after Halloween, you are a mix of happy and angry. You are happy that your feelings for Steve are finally out but you are mad at Nancy for confessing for you.
But you think more that if Nancy never did say all those things you would never have actually told Steve how you truly felt.
Steve picked you up that morning, the two of you have biggest smiles on your faces and couldn't stop talking, it's like something in the air has changed.
You went to your first period as usual then skipped second to go watch Steve play basketball only to see Nancy walk in looking for someone but she then stopped once she sees you. You sigh grabbing all your things and walking outside with her.
"What are you doing here?" you ask her
"Why do you think? Where were you this morning, i couldn't find you anywhere" Nancy tells you
"Steve picked me up" you tell her
"What happened last night? I don't remember much" she then asks you
"Uh. You remember going to Tinas party last night, right?" you ask her
"Yes" she answers
"And than what?"
"I remember, dancing, and... spilling some punch... you got mad at me because i got drunk.. and than you took me home" Nancy answers you
"No, see, that's where you're mind gets a little fuzzy" you say to her "You decided to tell Steve that i was in love with him. Completely embarrassed me"
"I don't understand" Nancy says shaking her head
"It's pretty simple, Nancy" you say to her
"I was drunk, (y/n). I don't remember any of that" Nancy tells you
You then hear the gym doors open and you look to your right to see Steve standing there.
"The thing is Nancy" you say to her "You were right"
"What do you mean?" she asks you
"Obviously i'm in love with Steve" you tell her
"I had a feeling" Nancy says making you chuckle "I can tell you both are in love with each other" she says looking over a Steve
