(in real life fundy has something, I think its called poliosis and that just means you have streaks of grey/white hair and it can happen to anyone of any age.)
When Wilbur was revived he went to see funny and then he compared his white streak to fundys like in the comic above and fundy got really self conscious about it and didn't want to be like Wilbur so he started to wear his hat more often and all the time near revivebur.
