What if Mexican Dream was never real and was just hallucinations that Tommy had and he died because Tommy stopped having the hallucinations. I don't think there has ever been a time where anybody else has seen Mexican Dream and so they think he might have actually been real. But I also don't think there has been a time where somebody else has explicitly talked about mexican dream other than Tommy.
A/N~ Did that make sense? The point is that mexican dream is just hallucinations that everybody else just goes along with because they weren't there.
