So basically, Wilbur is like "oh dreams the hero!" and Tommy's like "no, dream's a green homeless bitch who is manipulative!" Just watch the video above for more context. Most of the lines (Tommy's & Wilbur's) are from the video.

"Tommy, you remember when you were sent into exile?" Wilbur asked. "Yeah." Tommy looked at the prison from his hotel again. "Yeah! I remember. I was there, Tommy, I was there!" Wilbur smirked. "No, Ghostbur was there. So was Big Q..." Tommy looked Wilbur in his eyes.

"I was in that Ghost's fucking head. Every single step me and you took, listen. Every single step me and you took, look at me. Look me in the eyes. Every single step me and you took, I was there! I was there!" Wilbur reassured. "I had no control over what was happening, I had no idea what was being said but, Tommy, if I was there and it wasn't that stupid shell of a ghost instead of me...I would have struck down Dream. We would have disemboweled."

"You would have killed Dream...Well, Tubbo's the one that sent me off." Tommy pointed out. "You would have killed Dream!"  "Tommy, Tommy, Tommy! I wasn't blind. I saw what he was doing to you, Tommy." Wilbur looked down at the grass and trees below. "I saw." "I don't like thinking about it!" Tommy took a step away from the brunette. "I saw what he did to me!" Wilbur stepped around to the other side of Tommy. "Where-"

"But you know what, Tommy, I wasn't there! We had Ghostbur! Ghostbur! Ghostbur was there instead. But you know what the issue is? After seeing Ghostbur interact with Dream, I realize that, no, Dream is not the enemy!" Wilbur turned to the blonde. "This world was not supposed to be inhabited by people of this caliber.

Dream is the Hero!

Dream needs to be let out of there! Dream's not imprisoned for being a horrible person! Dream's in prison because he dared to try and stop you all. He dared to try and stop you all from gaining all this power! Because the minute I was gone, there was a vacuum. There was an opening, and everyone just seeked to get in there. And Dream was the only one who stood up to them and told them not to. Dream was the only one who held my seat for me. He held my- he kept it warm. He kept my throne warm, and you guys didn't like that so you threw him in prison and if it weren't, and if Dream died, I would be in there right now." Wilbur grinned.
