Chapter 3

2 Days Later

Amy stood next to Ty pouring herself some coffee. Ty had been giving her the silent treatment and wouldn’t say word to her for two days straight and it was absolutely killing her.

"Are you still mad at me?" Asked Amy.

"Yep," said Ty flatly.

"Okay I'm sorry I shouldn't have read your Journal,” said Amy desperately trying to get even a sentence out of Ty.

"You’re right you shouldn't have,” said Ty angrily.

"I know it's not cool and I'm sorry but can you just hear me out,” Pleaded Amy.

"I have something I need to say  first,” Said Ty.

"Okay go ahead,” Said Amy.

"I think what hurt me the most is that you let Lou read it too. That's personal stuff Amy I poured my heart out in that journal,” Ty said, defeated.

"I know it was stupid and I should never have even read it let alone lou,” Said Amy, sadly.

“My privacy feels violated,” Ty, admitted.

"I’m so sorry honey what can I do to make it up to you?” Asked with tears welling up in her eyes.

"Well you can start by not reading something tell you not to read,” Said Ty.

"Okay, I can do that,” Amy confidently

"Can you? " Asked Ty unconvinced.

"At this point I will do anything if it makes you love me again,” said Amy only half joking.

"I do love you I always have you know that,” said Ty Softly but seriously as he turned to face Amy directly.

"It was a little dicey there for a while," Amy  joked.

"I love you and don't you ever doubt that,” said Ty.

"I love you too but can I just say one more thing about the journal?" Asked Amy.

"Amy we literally just made up 5 Seconds,” said Ty, annoyed.

"I know but I don't think this will make you mad just hear me out okay?” said Amy.

"Okay, I'm listening,” said Ty.

"The reason I thought your journals or make a good book is not because they were entertaining, it's because you could really help someone,” Explained Amy.

"Help someone how?" Asked Ty.

"By letting them no they're not alone,” said Amy softly.

"You really think it would actually help someone?" Asked Ty.

"I really do you always say you want to help kids maybe this is the way to do it baby, " said Amy.

"I'll think about it,” promised Ty.
