Well it kind of short notice " said Scott then paused.
"But he continued I admire your passion" said Scott.
" so does that mean I can have the time off?" Asked Ty nervously. .
" yes you can have the time off but when you get back you're doing the night shift" said Scott firmly.
" I understand thank you so much Scott" said Ty grateful .
" You're welcome now go home and kick some serious author butt" said Scott.
"I will Thanks again Scott " said Ty as he left.
Half an hour .
Ty walked into the barn office to see Amy doing some paperwork.
" how did your talk go with Scott?" Asked Amy.
" can you give me the time off" said Ty.
" I feel a but coming on" said Amy.
" he told me I would have to cover night shift when I get back" said Ty
" dammit" said Amy disappointed..
" I know it sucks but it's the trade-off I'm sorry" said Ty..
" I know but I just feel like between the clinic and the book never see you anymore" said Amy sadly.
" I'm sorry it's just temporary though I promise"said Ty.
" you don't know that" said Amy. 0
" think about it this way if my book become successful will be able to do whatever we want maybe buy own ranch" said Ty.
" we've already tried that and it did not go well" said Amy.
" well will buy a newer one that way we don't have to fix it up as much" said Ty.
" that doesn't sound too bad" said Amy smiling.
" oh yeah?" Asked Ty flirtatiously before kissing Amy.
