Ty was sitting in the office writing when Amy walked in.
She saw tears rolling down Tys face .
She immediately walked over and hugging him.
"You okay honey ?" Asked Amy.
"No " Ty admitted .
"Do you need a break ?" Asked Amy softly.
"Yes " said Ty .
"Well I was thinking about going for a ride do you want to come with me ?": Asked Amy.
"A rule would be nice" said Ty..
"Okay let's go tack up .
Half an hour.
Amy and Ty were riding along in comfortable silence.
Amy knew her husband well enough to if she didn't pressure him to talk he would actually talk sooner.
Her strategy was almost Bulletproof.
Sure enough today was no different..
"You know i thought it would be easier to write.
"Your book?" Asked Amy .
"No the book itself is fine even helpful it's just "...
"What?" Asked Amy softly.
"Never mind it's stupid " said Ty.
"I highly doubt that " said Amy .
"I just don't want you to see me differently " said Ty.
"Did you get another girl pregnant or something ?" Asked Amy.
"What? No nothing like that " said Ty.
"Well then there's nothing that would make me see you differently " said Amy .
"I don't think I can writie about it " said Ty.
"About what?" Asked Amy confused.
" the nightmare I had last night it was about the most recent beating" Ty admitted.
"Oh baby I'm so sorry." Said Amy .
"It's okay but I'd be lying if I said thinking about it doesn't make me want to cry and or puke " said
Ty.
"So then don't write about it "said Amy .
"Wait "said Ty .
It hadn't even crossed his mind that he could just omit that part of his life"
Amy smiled at the book of realization on tys face.
" it's your book babe make something up" said Amy.
"You just blew my mind do people really do that?" Asked Ty.
" all the time you could make amber a cheating whore and nobody would ever know " said Amy.
"I would never do that to you " said Ty.
"I know I'm just saying " said Amy smiling .
"We should probably head back " said Ty.
"Okay " said Amy.
That night.
Amy and Ty were sitting on the couch in the loft cuddling when Ty's phone rang.
"Sorry I really need to take this call " said Ty.
" it's okay who is it? " Asked Amy curious.
" I'll tell you if it going well" said Ty smiling.
