chapter ten

The Office
Ty and Amy are kissing when Wade walks in and Ty sighs.
“What are you doing back here?” Asked Ty, angry.
“Well I’d say to apologize but we both know that's not  really me...so instead i’m here to tell you that your mom might have told me to leave you alone but if either one of you hurt her again, I’m going to come back and beat the shit out of you,” Threatened Wade.
“You can make all the threats you want but I’m not going to stop writing this book and mom said she’s supportive of it, so it doesn’t really matter what you want,” Said Ty, annoyed.
Wade then walks away pissed off. Amy walks over to Ty and her hand on his shoulder.
“I am so proud of you,” Said Amy, proudly.
Ty smiles.
“Thanks,” Said Ty.
Ty kissed Amy and she kissed him back.
“Come on, let’s go eat dinner,” Said Amy, softly.
“Okay,” Said Ty with a smile.

In The House 
Ty, Amy, Lou, Lisa and Jack, Georgie are all sitting at the table eating.
“How’s the book going?” Asked Lou.
“What book?” Asked Lisa, confused.
“The one Ty’s writing about his past,” Said Georgie. 
“How do you know that?” Asked Amy, surprised.
“I heard you guys talking,” Said Georgie.
“So you’re writing a book! That’s fantastic!” Said Lisa, happily. 
“Thanks,” Said Ty.
“Is your mom still mad at you?” Asked Georgie.
“Georgie!” Said Lou, upset.
“She’s happier about it now...Wade still pissed at me,” Said Ty with a sigh.
“He's not going to hurt you again right?” Asked Georgie, scared.
“No, we won’t let that happen,” Said Jack, reassuringly.
“Good! He’s a jackass!” Said Georgie, upset.
“Georgie! Don’t swear!” Scrolled Lou.
“I’m sorry but it’s true,” Defend Georgie.
“I-I uh...I’m going to go lay down,” Said Ty.
“Okay, I’ll be up soon babe,” Said Amy.
Ty kisses Amy and leaves.
“I’m sorry, I asked too many questions…” Said Geogie, sadly.
“It's okay Georgie, Ty’s just had a ruff couple of days,” Said Amy, reassuringly. 

In The Loft 
Ty is tossing and turning on the couch from nightmare when Amy walks in and rushes over to him.
“Ty, Ty it’s okay,” Said Amy, softly.
“Mom...please,” Said Ty, sleeping.
“It’s Amy, You’re okay, you’re safe,” Said Amy, softly.
Amy gently rubs Ty’s face and he jumps awake.
“NO!” Yelled Ty, scared.
Ty is breathing heavily from fear.
Y“Ty what happened?” Asked Amy, softly.
“I was just having flashbacks of Wade beating me…” Said Ty sighing.
“Oh baby I’m so sorry,” Said Amy, softly.
Amy pulls Ty into a hug to comfort him.
“Maybe you should write about it,” Suggest Amy.
“Yeah, You’re probably right,” Said Ty. 
“I love you,” Said  Amy with a smile 
“I love you too,” Said Ty with a smile.
