Chapter 23

A few months have passed and my stomach has grown quite a bit. When I was pregnant with Violet, Dream was pretty overprotective. But now I'm with Nightmare. And he's worse than Dream was. He pretty much keeps me locked in our room . or if I go anywhere, he insists on carrying me.

I appreciate that Nightmare is protective and I love him but I wish that he'd dial it down a bit. It wasmt like I as gonna be snatched away from him again. Dream and the others know now that I'm safe with him.

Violet gets more excited with each passing month. She loves the fact of being a big sister.

One night, it was like any other. Sometimes, I would wake with sudden kicks from the baby, which we learned was a boy from our recent check in with the Alphys from Undertale.

However, this night was different. The pain didn't stop. I hissed through my teeth. This caused Nightmare to wake and huddle me close.

"What's wrong, Moonlight?" He asked.

"Guh! J-just another kick." I say. "The pain will soon fade. Gah!" The pain wasn't fading. In fact, it was getting worse. I now knew, this wasn't some kick at midnight. "N-Night.." I gasped out.

Nightmare grew a bit comcerned. "Yes, Moonlight?"

"Get Alphys. Hn! I... Its not... getting better.. I... I think its.. its labor pains. Ah!" I now knew it was labor pains. "Ah! T-the babys..." I couldn't finish that sentence. He disappeared for a get moments but returned with a very sleepy, yet prepared Alphys.

Several hours and one very stressed father later, I had my baby boy swaddled in my arms. Azuli. Unlike Violet, Azuli had a lock of (H/C) hair and his eyes are blue like Nightmare's

However, like Violet, he had the black tear stains when he was upset and his pupils become cat-like.

Violet is just in love with her baby brother and she had helped take care of him. She learned well on how to care for an infant.
