Subject A1- The Weapon

"Greenie" Minho's voice sounded close, Harlow jumped up quickly sitting up. Minho jumped back to avoid being head butted, "Minho if i have to work one more day playing round robin, i will lose it" Harlow said rubbing her eyes trying to get rid of the sleepiness.

"Actually Alby and the rest of the Keepers have decided on your job" Minho said squatting next to Harlow's hammock while she put on her shoes and fixed her hair. "Fantastic" Harlow said sarcastically, "hey i think you'll really like it" Minho said once they began to make their way to the homestead.

Although Harlow felt uneasy she still kept a semi bright smile on her face, Minho and Harlow walked in noticing the Keepers already in and settled. She took a seat on the bottom row along with Minho though most sat in the top rows, Harlow fiddled with her hands nervously as she was now awake enough to register her surroundings.

"Alright we're here today to decide our newest Greenies job for the rest of the time she is here" he paused turing to said girl and giving a brief nod. "Would the Keeper of her job please stand up and claim your Greenie" Harlow's eyes snapped to Winston though everyone turned to look at Clint who was standing up.

Harlow beamed, "Harlow as a Med Jack it is your responsibility to assess people in time of need with wounds and anything health, do you understand that?" Alby asked. Harlow gave a firm nod before smiling, and even Alby couldn't help but smile back. "Well this meeting is adjourned" Alby said clapping his hands, the group filed out and Harlow was excited to tell Peter about her new job.

She practically skipped out of homestead, she quickly found Peter talking with his fellow Builders and Harlow quickly leapt into his hands. He spun her before catching her lips in his, "what's got you so excited" he smiled as he held up. "I'm officially a Med Jack" she smiled again before tightly hugging him, "congrats i knew you could do it" he said when he finally put her down.

"Harlow!" she turned realizing Jeff was calling her over, she turned to Peter. "See you later?" Peter nodded giving her one last kiss before she turned around and walked jogged towards Jeff who was waiting by the Med Hut.

After Clint and Jeff (mostly Jeff) explained the rules and laid down the basics she was set to go. Although she only helped one person who happened to be Winston with a large gash on his hand, she felt useful and was happy working as a Med Jack. It was a bonus that while doing her job she got to meet new people and still interact with them, she was also glad she didn't get chosen as slicer because she didn't think she could handle that.
