Kanra and Eridan Oneshots

Heeeey, i'm back! Wow, i'm suprized that i've been getting so many veiws, thanks guys! :D Anyway, here's the upate!! ENJOY :) sorry if i break ur feels :(

ERIDAN

I sat on the couch, waiting for Kanra to come home. She had told me she had an Idea or something, and she needed my help. To be honest, I was kinda honored that she asked me to help. Me. The last time I checked she hated me!

I was washing the blood off of my Science stick (don't ask) when she burst through the door.

"I KNOW HOW TO FIND MY LUSUS!!" She wasted no time yelling. I sighed, not this again. Ever since her lusus abandoned her, she has been determined to find him.

"Kanra..." I said calmly. As much as I hated telling her this, I needed to. Giving her false hope would just hurt her more.

"No, listen to me! A lusus's job is to kinda protect the troll it's assigned to, right?" She asked. I nodded, assuming that I can at least let her tell me the plan before I explained.

"So, say I was in a potentially dangerous situation, he would have no other choice then to come and find me, right?" She stated with some pride. I froze up a little bit, but regained my calm composer.

"I guess so, why?" I didn't like where this idea was going, but I tried to remain emotionless.

"If I walked into the wild completely unarmed, he would recognize that as a dangerous situation, and come to get me!" She smiled wildly, as if the plan had already succeeded. I looked up from my work with what I was certain was pure horror.

"Kanra, that won't work!" I said urgently. "If anything all it's gonna do is get you killed!"

She laughed like I had told her a joke and not the actual truth. "That's were you come in! all I need is for you to walk about 100 yards away and listen for anything that might attack-"

"IF I'M THAT AR AWAY, I WON'T GET THERE IN TIME, DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT?!" I unintentionally raised my voice, causing er to flinch back a bit.

"WHAT THE HELL!?! KANRA, WHY ARE YOU SO STUPID!? YOUR LUSUS IS DEAD! AND EVEN IF HE WASN'T, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK HE WOULD WANT YOU BACK?! HELL, SOMETIMES EVEN I REGRET TAKING YOU IN!!" I yelled. Lime green tears where forming in Kanra's eyes, but I didn't care. What she was going to do was dangerous and stupid!

"I-I just..... It might work!" She said as sternly as someone with tears spilling out of her eyes could. I shook my head.

"IF YOUR GOING TO GET YOURSELF KILLED, THEN BY ALL MEANS GO AHEAD! I'M NOT FUCKING STOPPING YOU! JUST LEAVE ME OUT OF IT!" I yelled even louder. Kanra's eyes narrowed.

"Fine... I will. I'm sorry to burden you." Her words dripped from her lips like venom. I closed my eyes, Wishing I hadn't said that. But then again, It is Kanra I'm talking about... She probably won't get too far before she gets scared and turns around.

*time skip 2 hours*

Ok, now I was worried. It was getting dark out, and Kanra still hadn't come back yet! As I paced the floor, I considered asking Gamzee if she was with him. I called him on my cellular device and asked, but he hadn't seen her all day.

Right about when I hung up, I heard the door open and close behind me,

"You where right..." Kanra said weakly. I sighed in relief.

"Yeah, I know... Why don't you go get dressed and I'll make you something t-" When I turned around, I found myself unable to move. She was standing with her hand firmly pressed to the deep wound on her side. Lime green ooze soaked her hands and clothes, but this time, it wasn't tears. She fell to her knees and I ran to her side.

"I-It's ok, we... we can get this cleaned up and-" She covered my mouth.

"You were right, nobody wants me..." she paused to cough up even more lime colored blood "Not even my own lusus....."

By the time I had pieced together that it had been her Lusus that had given her the wound, her small hand had fallen from my mouth and her green eyes closed. I suddenly found it difficult to keep her up, for her entire body had gone limp.

It didn't take a genius to figure out what happened. Tears immediately spilled from my eyes and a pang of guilt ran through me.

"I-I should have never told you those things.... I should have gone with you..." I whispered. I gently pushed her hair away from her face and gave her forehead a gentle kiss.

"I'm sorry, Kanra...."

((A/N: And this is why I should never be forced to write when I'm out of ideas.... but if i didn't update, my friend was gonna kill me))
