Another Incounter

We headed towards town so that I could vent my emotions through shopping, It was the only thing I could think of that didn't involve men. I felt the presence of men all around me, I had forgotten I had male guards accompanying me to Town. I looked at Rin who came along with me, she looked nervous.
"Have I never taken you out before Rin?" I asked her, She flinched in shock and looked down. I always wondered why she was so nervous around me, ever since she started being my maid as a child.
"Are you-- nervous around me?" I asked her, she looked at me nervously.
"N-no Lady Aria I-I just never thought you'd take me with you." she said lightly scratching her cheek. Now that I look at it-- I wasn't a good kid. I used to be super mean and spoiled when I was a child, my mother passed away when I was three so all I had was my father and the servants. When my father wouldn't give me attention I would go around doing bad things so the servants would have to pay attention to me, I did anything to get my father's attention and the servants not realizing I made myself look really bad.... but I've grown since... I think.

I sighed and looked at Rin with a smile.
"I'm sorry for everything I put you through as a child till now Rin." I said, her eyes widened and she smiled.
"L-lady Aria..." She said.
"I love you so much Rin. You and Violet mean so much to me, I wouldn't be who I am without you telling me stories before bed and just always being a constant presence in my life--- especially without Mother." I said she started crying.
"R-Rin I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you cry." I said as I grabbed her hand. She wipes her tears away and smiles at me.
"Dutchess Daenerys would be proud of who you are Lady Aria." she said with a big smile, I knew she meant it and smiled back.
"This is my third time out since I turned 15... three years ago." I said, her eyes widened.
"We will be fine! plus Father did send all these guards with us." I said.
"Only after we had left and someone told him you left, Lady Aria..." she said with a frown, I nervously chuckled and looked out the window. My mother hired Rin and Violet for me because she knew she wasn't going to make it and I'm glad she did. We finally made it to town and everyone was gawking at my carriage or maybe it was how many guards I had.
"He didn't have to send me with Fifteen guards... it's highly embarrassing." I said under my breath, I walked through town looking at stores when I saw a nice jewelry shop.
"Let's go here Rin!" I said as I grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the shop.

We enter the shop and are greeted by the clerk.
"Hello, Welcome too Sapphire Jewelry." he said quietly, he looked so depressed and down.
"Hi um... I want a gift made for my father." I said, he looked up at me.
"Y-your... Lady Aria Smith! I'm sorry I can't make you anything I'm not that talented." He said as he went back into his depressed state. I looked at Rin and then back at the clerk.
"I don't believe that." I said, he gasped and looked at me. I squat down next to him.
"If you weren't good you wouldn't have this shop right?" I said, he nodded.
"Well then... I think you should make this gift for my father because I believe in you." I said with a smile. He stood up and looked at me.
"You're so nice Lady Aria thank you, I will get to work on your piece. What would you like for your father?" He said, I told him what I'd like and left. We continued walking in town when I came across a shop I had never seen before.
"Paradis?" I said, I stared at it and decided to go inside. As I entered, It was filled with antiques and different items I had never seen before.
"what is all this stuff?" I said a voice spoke.
"Anything catches your eyes?" the voice said, I jumped in fear and held on to Rin.
"Who was that? Show yourself!" I said. A woman with glasses and a creepy smile came from behind the counter.
"Helloooooo! Welcome to my shop!" She said, I let go of Rin in embarrassment and fixed myself.
"Hello, I've never seen this place before so I wanted to come inside and look." I said, she smiled so hard I thought my face would hurt.
"Nice! I have A LOT of different things from different places." she said, she looked excited to have customers so I looked around.

I was looking around when someone else entered the shop, he was tall and wore a cloak over his head so I couldn't see his face. I continued to look around when I came across a beautiful broach, I reached out for it when the man also reached for it. Our hands touch and we both pull back, I look up at him and realize who it was.
"YO--" He covers my mouth and looks over at Rin who is still looking around. He kept my mouth covered and looked at me.
"Be quiet." He said, I nodded and he moved his hand.
"Vi? Where the hell have you been? I haven't seen you in days." I said, he looked away.
"I was busy..." he said, was he avoiding me because of Father?
"What did my father say to you?" I asked him, he looked at me confusingly.
"What do you mean?" he asked me.
"Did he tell you to stay away from me?" I asked him.
"No, he doesn't know about that night." he said. I giggled and could hear his shoes tapping on the ground.
"What the hell is so funny?" he asked me.
"You're scared of my father aren't you?" I said with a grin.
"N-no I'm not scared of your Father. He's just my master that's all." He said.
"Okay." I said with a smile, I grabbed the broch and handed it to him.
"It's yours." I said with a smile.

He grabbed it out of my hand and walked over to the clerk.
"Welcome back P--" Vi grabs the clerk by the collar pulls her close and says something to her before letting go.
"Hahaha. well is this all Vi?" she said, my eyes widened and I walked over to them.
"Do you two know each other?" I asked.
"Yes, he comes in here all the time." she said.
"Oh and my name is Hanji Zoe, Milady." she said as she bowed.
"You curtsy..." I said, she looked at me confused.
"Like--- like that." I said as I curtsy for her.
"Oh that girly shit haha I just bow as you can see--- I don't wear dresses." Hanji said.
"I see..." I said with a smile, I turned around to grab Rin and leave. After exiting the store we walked back to Sapphire Jewelry to see if the Jewelry maker was done, I hoped that this gift would make Father talk to me more. I remember my mother saying it was his favorite color and I found out his favorite animals are birds, making this will definitely win over my father. We exited the shop and I stopped.
"Milady? Are you okay?" Rin said, I shook my head.
"Sorry, I was daydreaming." I said, I looked around me to see that I was surrounded by guards. I really loved my life but this many guards make my back itch.
