History of Magic

We sat in the parlor room as Arianna made some tea, I nodded to Violet to pull out the snack so that she wouldn't make any. She placed the tea on the table and was happy that we brought snacks cause she hadn't gone to the market that day, I was wondering why my Mother wasn't there yet but remembered she would teach me casting and Arianna would teach me the basics.

Everyone else gathered around the table as Arianna and I sat near the fireplace.
"So let's start with basic magic casting." she said as she pulled out a huge book, it was so thick I thought I felt my brain wanna run away.
"S-so I have to read this book?" I asked her, and she nodded.
"Everything in this book will explain magic as written by witches and warlocks." she said, I opened to the first page and felt a gust of wind blow out of it.
"WHAT WAS THAT?!" I yelled as I lay flat on the floor.
"Are you alright Your Majesty?" Noah yelled as he got up.
"I am alright." I said as I sat up, I looked at the book.
"Is it supposed to do that?" I asked her, and she nodded.
"The book has accepted you and given you the ability to read our native tongue." she said, I looked in awe as I started to understand the text on the paper.

She told me to read over the first chapter of the book which was about thirty-five pages, I thought my brain would explode for sure after the first six pages. I couldn't believe I could read a language this is unknown to anyone, I felt like I was more connected to my Mother.
"Ríonás Más Tióna Nekuśiné." I said I felt something in me surge up.
"You can even speak in the native tongue that is pretty fast I would say." Arianna said, I smiled.
"What did you say?" Sasha asked.
"Improve my stamina spell, I feel more energized than I was before." I said, her eyes shined.
"For you to be able to already cast enhancement magic is expected of my sister's child." she said proudly, I couldn't believe I cast a spell just by saying something out loud.

She had me practice basic spells like healing, recovery, and some defensive spells. I wanted to learn attack spells but I had gotten so caught up that I forgot Mother was supposed to teach me casting.
"You have to call Mother!" I said, she smiled and pointed her finger at the ground and the mist returned and formed my mother.
"I am back already I felt like I just left." she said, I smiled and hugged her.
"Hello, dear. I see your magic has already improved with just one lesson." she said.
"I find magic very intriguing mother, I think the fact that there is a different language so no one else learns it unless they learn High Eldiana which would be impossible obviously." I said, she smiled and patted my head.
"I am happy you love your witch side." she said.
"Now I told you I'd teach you casting but since you learned all the basics way too fast casting can happen now." she said, I smiled.
"You can bring one person." She said I looked at everyone.
"Violet." I said, she stood up and bowed.
"Where are we going?" I asked her, she nodded at Arianna and grabbed Violet and my hands.
"A place where we can test your strength without worry." she said.

Arianna cast a magic circle and we were teleported to an Island, I looked around in awe as I didn't recognize anything. What was this place? How did we even get here? Everything that was happening to me was like I was getting shocked by lightning, each time something new came about.
"Where are we?" I asked her, and she smiled.
"My island." she said, Violet and I gasped.
"Mother? How do you have an Island?" I asked her she turned around and looked at me.
"I made it." she said so nonchalantly, the more I am with her the more I realize how much we are so alike.
"Here we will test your magic capacity." she said.
"How?" I asked.
"I want you to read this spell I just wrote in the sand, hold your hand up to the mountain and say it in your head clear with the intent of attacking that mountain, and don't hold back." she said, I looked and it said "Hézuné Furé Jisvéno".

I looked at the mountain and pointed my hand at it as I said the spell in my head, suddenly a fireball formed in front of my palm and grew bigger and bigger every second. I felt so much power running through my arm as the ball of fire grew bigger and bigger. I said fire in my head and the ball shot straight for the mountain so fast, a huge explosion appeared.
