Chapter 6

Game Day/ My first date

The day of the girls first game has finally arrived not a lot of people were at the bleachers which I was completely fine by since I was already a nervous reck as it is. Ricky, Jackson, Lindsay and even Casper were there to cheer us on. I couldn't help but smile at their presence we really grew closer since the secret has been revealed.

"I know you'll do a great job" Ricky assured me when he noticed that I was nervous.

"Thank's I really needed that" I said honestly. Ricky had a way of calming me down when ever I was nervous like last tuesday when I was completely flipping out about the pop quiz that I was pretty sure I failed I ended up passing though which I was glady thankful for. The game would start in five minutes and now that I was calm I looked around at our opposing team and couldn't help but gasp these girls were huge. Like really tall, but quite skinny but hey never underestimate anyone you never know what they could really be, hence werewolves I still couldn't believe it despite going on a morning jog with Ricky in his wolf form every morning. I was still in awe whenever anyone shifted. Espically Ricky his wolf was white and about twice the size of Jackson's probably because he was a future Alpha and Jackson was only a Beta. I'd made up my mind to not get involved with Jackson other than being friendly and teasing of course. He'd find a mate someday and I'd end up getting hurt. Besides how could I choose him over my mate. It sounded weird thinking it mate. The whislte was blown signling that the game has begun. The game lasted for about an hour and a half with the other team quitting since one of the players god injured I guess Mina scared the crap out of here but honestly they kind of sucked. The only thing they had going for them is their hights but skills? Not so much. We would have won forfieit or not though. Lindsay jumped on me the second I made it to her seat.

"THAT WAS AWESOME, OMG if you ever get turned would would be UNSTOPPABLE" She squealed.

"Wait, uh did you just say turned" I asked shocked.

"Oops, you didn't know" She asked raising her eyebrow at Ricky.

"I was going to explain it to her in the right time. And quite frankly this wasn't it" He hissed at Lindsay as he dragged me away from them and to a private cornor.

"Okay, explain" I said motioning him with my hand.

"It's just that if you're mate is human, he/she has the choice to be tunred. Now if it were a female wolf and a himal Male it really wouldn't matter. But in this case if the female human were to give Birth it would end in Death unless she is turned ahead of time since Werewolves children grow quickly the process is only 3 months" Ricky said a bit awkwardly.

I just smiled to reassure him that it was okay.

"It would be so cool to just turn into an animal and bark at everybody" I said trying to light up the mood it didn't work since he gave me a strange look.

"I was only kidding" I said with a scoff.

"Right, anyways let's go" He asked.

I completly forgot that we had a date tonight after the game. Now I was nervous all over again.

"It will be alright, it's just me" He assured senseing me again how he was able to do that was beyond me but then again he was my mate so it made sense I suppose.

"I'm not nervous" I said crossing my arms and rolling my eyes.

He just smiled and walked back to the bleachers while I headed to the girls locker room to take a quick shower and change into the cloth Lindsay picked out for me to wear. After I changed Lindsay came in the Locker room with her purse and a look of excitment in her eye that couldn't be good.
