The next morning I woke up with someone whispering in my ear. I opened one eye to check who it was and opened the other eye with a shocked expression
"You, what are you doing here. And why did you bite me" I said pushing him away from me since he was too close.
"What don't tell me you haven't experienced any changes yet" Coach Eric said not bothering to be fazed by my attempt to push him earlier since he was cuddling even closer to me now.
"Look, I don't know what exactly happened yesterday, But Napoleon will not be your son" I said using my mind to move him to the other side of the room.
Coach Eric frowned.
"What are you talking about. The prophecy is about me" He said getting closer but I didn't let him because I pushed him back making him wince as he made contact with the wall.
"Ouch, okay that was not necessary"
"Leave" I commanded him.
"Oh, I would. But we have a game today which means you won't be going to school" He stated.
"Crap" I said forgetting about the game completely. While I was thinking of a way to get out of It, I didn't realize Coach Eric reaching out from behind me and wrapping his arms around my waist. I was about to smack him across the face but it was too late I heard growling and in an instant Coach Eric was dragged away from me. I didn't have to turn around to know who did it.
"Ricky" I said out of breath
"NEVER. TOUCH. HER. AGAIN, unless you want to be banned from all other packs" Ricky growled at him.
"WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO! AND FYI You're not even an Alpha yet" Coach Eric barked back. They started shouting at each other until I had enough my head couldn't handle it anymore and I didn't know what happened until they stopped arguing and looked at me in horror.
"Delts you alright" Ricky asked me worried.
"I'm perfectly fine. It's just that you guys are really starting to irritate me" I stated bluntly.
"YOU'RE ON FIRE" Coach Eric stated in a duh tone. I raised my eyebrow at him and looked at myself with a gasp.
"TURN IT OFF" I commanded Coach Eric.
"WHAT. I didn't do that to you" He said scooting away from me.
"Delta it's gonna be alright just try to calm down" Ricky said taking steps towards me I stepped back and he whimpered or his wolf whimpered. I frowned at that and stepped near him.
"Don't get any closer. I don't want you to get burned" I stated.
"It's alright. I'd heal instantly anyway" He said ignoring me and wrapping his arms around me while I was still on fire. I cooled down instantly as sparks began to flow between us.
"GET OUT" Ricky shouted which made me flinch.
"I'll come back again to pick you up" Coach Eric said as he shut the door loudly.
"Did you have to shout" I complained.
"Yes, because I didn't want him seeing you like this. I don't want anyone seeing you like this but me" He said looking at me adoringly.
I smiled and wondered what he meant by see you like this until I felt a chill on my spine from the window. But wait I could have sworn I was wearing a sweater as I looked down I gasped that I was wearing my birthday suit. I covered myself up with my arms and Ricky just pulled me closer.
"You don't need to hide from me" He whispered causing me to blush even more than I was before.
His lips lingered on my ears
"I guess the fire burned off my clothes" I stated.
"Yeah, it did. Hey look about that game you really don't have to go if you don't want to" Ricky said
"What, I've been working hard with the girls all week. I'll admit that I've been having second thoughts on it a couple of minutes ago what with Eric and all but. I think I need to do this" I said. Ricky just smiled and gave me a quick peck on the cheek before he left to give me some privacy since I was completely naked.
"Stupid powers" I muttered as I got dressed. I settled for a simple long t-shirt and blue shorts that reached just above my knee's I put on a pair of sandals and made my way downstairs. I heard murmuring from the kitchen and I went there directly.
"So, what do you think about school dances" A girl asked. I recognized the voice almost immediately it was Tally the girl we ran into at the mall the other day. That Tim may or may not have a crush on.
"TALLY" I said enthusiastically as I stepped inside the kitchen.
"Oh hey. Delta" She said in a rush and blushed for some unknown reason.
'Why did she have to come now when I was about to get Tim to ask me to the dance. UGH. Wow her legs her pretty toned' Reading people's thoughts is pretty awesome though. I just smiled and nodded at her and she raised her eyebrow in confusion
"I'll be back. I need to go on a jog" I lied. Tally smiled at that. I couldn't stop myself from winking at her and giving her a thumps up as I ruffled up Tim's nearly combed hair. The haircut was probably the best decision of his life since if it was his old hair cut he would have been complaining about how he'd have to brush it all over again.
I went outside and smiled when I saw Ricky sitting next to his motorbike.
"Hey" I said as I sat right next to him.
"Hi, shall we" He asked.
"Sure" I said as we got up and went on his motorbike.
'I was to busy looking up that i never noticed how great her legs are' Ricky said in his mind. I blushed and smacked him in the arm.
"OUCH OH JEEZ. What was that for.... o please don't tell me you didn't oh you did didn't know" Ricky said all at once.
"Just shut up and go already" I whined.
He just chuckled and started up the motor bike.
I sighed this was gonna be one bloody hectic day.
