The sound of David screaming makes me pick up my pace up the stairs. I was the first one to make it towards his room, swinging it open.

"David?!" Everyone yelled. We all turned toward his bathroom door where we heard movement.

Ed and my dad rushed towards the door, trying to open it but it was locked. My dad finally bust it open by ramming his shoulder into it.

"Is he in there? Is he okay?" I asked, when I didn't hear David or my dad speak.

"David?" My dad asked, cautiously. I could barely see anything with my dad and Ed blocking the doorway.

Suddenly we heard David screaming and rapid footsteps coming towards us then all of sudden my dad yelling in pain falling towards the ground.

Ed immediately picked David up, David trying to get out of his grip. The demon didn't even care to hide itself. It wanted us to see it had David.

"We need to do the exorcism now!" Ed yelled, running out the door with David rustling in his grip.

It was like I was frozen and didn't know what to do. I looked at Ed struggling to take David downstairs, claw marks being left on the walls, left and right.

Then I looked at my mom and dad who was on the ground leaning against the wall for support while he held his thigh —— blood pouring out of it while the knife was still in lodged in it.

"Eden let's go!" I heard Arne yell. I turn to see him standing at the doorway with the most frantic look I've seen him have.

That was enough for me to realize this is it, whatever's about to happen will either end wonderfully or horribly.

I nodded my head, and rushed downstairs with Arne. Ed and Debbie were holding a screaming, kicking, and yelling David on the table. While the priest was yelling prayers and throwing holy water onto him.

Lorraine was clutching her head, like she was in pain. Arne and I immediately rushed over to hold David down as well, as it seemed that Ed and Debbie could barely hold him down.

The likes were flicking continuously, while things were shaking and falling to the ground. The priest continued to yell prayers and throw holy water while we held David down.

We then started to hear bones cracking. Arne and I glanced at each other before turning our heads back to David. His arms and legs would bend in ways no human body should bend.

"What's happening to him?!" I yelled, tears streaming down my face.

"The demon is trying to stay in David but it's in pain. It's trying to fight off the prayers!" Ed yelled.

David then twisted his whole body to where it was facing Arne and I but his head was facing Debbie. He laughed in a demonic voice when he saw her petrified face. She screamed in fear and sadness, backing away from him.

Out of nowhere, David screamed the loudest I think I've ever heard him yell. The force from it managed to knock everyone to the ground. Things were flinging around the room left and right, and a plate flung and hit the priest in the head, knocking him out.

"Are you ok?!" Arne asked, helping me up. I nodded my head before we heard more bones cracking.

Ed had to start the exorcism himself, due to the priest being knocked out.

Everyone looked to David when we heard his bones cracking again. He suddenly went from a laying position to him standing up on the table, in a matter of second.

He was about to lung towards Ed, but Arne, Debbie and I rushed towards him trying to pull him back down.

Ed continued his prayers while Debbie, Arne and I were struggling to hold him down. David kept on laughing in a demonic way, like it was enjoying seeing David and us in pain.

"Let him go!" I heard Arne yell.

"Arne don't talk to it!" Ed yelled, before continuing his prayers.

"I said leave him alone! He's just a kid!" Arne screamed.

"Arne stop! You shouldn't be talking to it!" I said to him, giving him a pleading look. I knew he could see my pleading look, and he thankfully stopped.

We suddenly felt a force hit us all, flinging us all to the opposite wall. The force was so strong, it made me hit my head on the corner of a table.

I could faintly hear Arne calling my name, Lorraine and Debbie screaming at David to get off of something. Through my somewhat blurry vision I glanced to see David on top of Ed chocking him — and it looked like he was winning.

I glanced back up to see Arne hovering on top of me, shaking me but his voice was muffled. I touched the top of my hairline, feeling something wet and glanced at my fingers to see blood.

"Ed." I mumbled.

"What?!" Arne asked, still concerned for me.

"Davids chocking Ed." I said, trying to get up but winced in pain. It was like a switched clicked on in Arne's head and he glanced at David seconds away from killing Ed before rushing over to them.

I could barely hear what Arne was saying, but i knew he had managed to get David off of Ed.

"Eden!" I heard Debbie say, rushing over to me. She helped me up a little, letting myself lean against the wall for support.

She had a few cuts on her face but nothing extreme. She held my face in her hands checking for anymore injuries.

She was brought out of her search by the house being silent. We glanced at each other before looking around and noticing everything was calm.

The shaking had stop, the lights weren't flickering anymore, nobody was yelling or screaming.

We glanced to see David standing there, staring at Arne while Arne was in some sort of daze. Lorraine was hovering over Ed who looked really bad. At that moment our parents came down the stairs, my dads limping down with his thigh wrapped in a bloody bandage.

They immediately rushed towards David, and so did Debbie and I. I was little slower reaching them due to myself still being in a haze from hitting my head. We all engulfed each other in a hug, glad that it's finally over.

I glanced at Arne who still seemed in a daze. I broke away and rushed towards him putting my hands on his shoulders.

"Arne?" I asked, no response.

"Arne?!" I said, more stern while shaking him a little. He suddenly blinked rapidly and look at me in shock, like he didn't realize that I was actually in front of him.

"Arne are you okay?" I asked, looking for any type of trace of anything to figure out why he's acting so weird.

He nodded, still blinking rapidly. I continued to look at him in doubt but heard Lorraine yelling Ed's name.

"Call an ambulance please!" She yelled, trying to wake Ed up.

Debbie immediately rushed towards the phone while I took one last look at Arne who still seemed out of it before rushing towards Ed.

"Ed?! Mr. Warren?!" I asked, shaking him while Lorraine was frantically sobbing.

I glanced at Lorraine before looking back at Ed who was getting paler at the moment.

I guess tonight did end horribly for some of us.
