LATER THAT night, Bev was washing her clothes when she found a piece of paper which looked like a card in her jean pockets. She furrowed her eyebrow seeing words on it.

Who was that? Who's number was it and what did they want? Is this person a hooker?

She thought about it for a moment, should she text the number? What if it was a scam? She put all her worries and contacted the person.

She put on her big girl panties and laid on her bed.

Beverly ignored what Raine had. If she wanted to get all cocky then she can be. But Beverly won't be around her anymore. She will make sure she pays attention.

THE NEXT DAY
Beverly went out with her best friend to get some coffee, they ordered the same exact thing because well they would die for one another.

"Remember the woman I told you about?" Her best friend, Alexa asked, Beverly nodded. "She's the sweetest woman...and she's literally an angel." Alexa said.

"Really? How long have you guys been talking?" Bev asked her. "2 months, we've been seeing each other privately, only because she's famous or whatever and I am not ready for that." Alexa blushed.

Bev looked at her best friend in a smile. She was happy to see her best friend actually happy this time instead of heart broken. Alexa got cheated on by her ex girlfriend many times, and she stuck with her even if she knew.

But she finally had the courage to do it and end it. "Yeah? I don't have a problem with that. As long as you find your happiness then I'm fine." She smiled at Alex.

They both continued to talk about the girl named Marina, until the person Beverly didn't want to face, showed up. Raine. She looked away from her quickly, not seeing the smirk Raine planted on her face.

"Uh maybe we should go now." Beverly said, Alexa furrowed her eyebrows, titling her head. "Why what's wrong?" She asked. Beverly just shook her head and stood up but it was too late.

"Oh Beverly. Nice to see you again." Raine said, smiling brightly. Alexa raised an eyebrow at Beverly, confused, as well as the woman herself.

How did she know my name?

"Who might this be?" Raine asked. "I'm Alexa. and you are Raine Jones. I know." Alexa almost shit her pants. She was trying not to fan girl. "Ah so you know of me?"

"Of course of course. One of the most famous women in the freaking world. I've always looked up to you! You inspired me to make my own small business!" Alexa said excitedly.

"Well I hope everything works out for ya." Raine smiled. "You're the girl who's talking to my best friend, correct?" Alexa asked, Raine nodded and smirked.

Beverly couldn't believe this, they were having a good time together and Raine Jones just comes up and swoops her best friend.

"Yeah I am! That's how I knew about you and her being friends. At first I was shocked." Alexa giggled. "Well I'm glad she has you. You are very fucking beautiful." Raine smirked and then looked down at the pouting girl.

"Are you guys done?" Beverly asked, rolling her eyes.

"I don't think you guys have a place to be so no." Raine said, checking her watch.

Beverly rolled her eyes and huffed. "Why have you been ignoring me princess?" Alexa's eyes widened at that. Princess?

"You guys are dating?" Alexa asked. "Ew fuck no." Beverly quickly said, shaking her head. Raine rolled her eyes. "Well damn, it wouldn't be that bad to date me." Raine said.

"Ya it would. You are you." Beverly said rolling her eye, barely meaning what she said. "You barely know me, but we can change that around." She winked at Bev.

"Anyways..." Alexa said.

"I think you and Marina should come over. I want to get to know you better plus I want to spend time with Marina." Alexa blushed, Raine chuckled and put her hand on the back of Beverly's lower back.

Beverly rolled her eyes and moved away quickly. "Yeah because that sounds like such a delightful idea." She said sarcastically.

"I was just thinking the same thing." Raine said, smirking down at the woman.
