No one's P.O.V

December 11 the day the particle accelerator exploded. The day Ava west and Barry Allen got superpowers alone with others in central city.

Iris P.O.V

"Come on Barry we're going to be late," I said grabbing him by the arm pulling him out of the house.
"Iris wait I forgot my phone."

I sighed.

"Fine but be right back. We're already 10 minutes late." I said checking the time on my phone.

Text message from 💤Ava💤 I saw on my phone screen.

Hey where are you guys

Sorry, Barry forgot something will be right there

No one's P.O.V

Iris finally picked you up. And drove to star labs where Harrison wells is doing his big speech. Halfway through his speech, you got a call from your publishers.

"Hey, I have to go my publishers are calling." You whispered to Barry and Iris.
"It's ohk I'll video the rest of the speech for you," Iris replied
"Thanks,"
You were about to leave when barry asked. " I have to stop by my lab mind if I come with you." He
asked nervously.
"Sure," you replied happily.
You borrowed Iris's keys and drove to barry's lab first.
"My labs upstairs come on." He said excitedly
You smiled following him to his lab.
"What's so important about this particle accelerator, anyway." You asked him hopping for his usual cute reactions.
He turns around looking at you like you just said the stupidest thing ever.
"Harrison wells' works in quantum theory is light years ahead of anything they're doing at CERN." Barry's eyes lit up as he continued explaining to you.
You could only giggle at how excited he was.
"As much as I love seeing you fanboy Barry I gotta go see my publishers."
" Oh, right." He said laughing nervously
"Come on barry let's go." You said grabbing his hand dragging him out. Barry followed behind you as you guys got back to the car. You went on a quick trip to your publishers and came back to star labs. Harrison was still doing his speech.
"So, what did we miss," you asked Iris.
"Not much all he talks about is his particle accelerator," Iris said sarcastically causing you to laugh. We continued listening to the dialogue. When someone ran up to us snatching Iris's bag. Barry ran after it but they got away. A police officer stopped him and got the bag back.
His name was Eddie Thawne.

'So this is the Eddie I've been hearing about.' You guessed.

°Time skip°

After the speech, Iris said she was tired and went home. Leaving you and barry at his lab he said he wanted to hang out more and since you weren't tired you said yes.

At barry's lab, the rain was falling dripping through the ceiling.

"You should really get that fixed," I said looking up at the ceiling.
Barry was too distracted to hear anything you said.
You were about to say something else when an announcement about the particle accelerator appeared on the news.
suddenly the lights went out.
There was an explosion...

All the liquids in barry's lab started to float. It was like nothing you've ever seen before. A bright streak of lightning hit barry kicking you against the wall. Everything was dark after that.

Ava's P.O.V

I woke up in an unfamiliar place.
"Where am I," I asked.
"Cisco she's awake. " I heard a woman's voice. " Are you ohk." The guy named cisco asked me. "I'm fine," I said dryly trying to get up but immediately fell back down. I had a major headache and every part of my body felt like it was on fire. "You don't look fine," Cisco said
"Ava I'd like to run some tests to make sure you're alright if that's ok with you." She asked me kindly.

" Sure but I need to see someone else his name is Barry, Allen." You said generally considered. "He's okay." A voice said coming into the room said. "Harrison wells, wh-at happened to you," I stuttered. " He got injured when the particle accelerator exploded." The woman said answering my question. "Oh, I'm so sorry." He didn't respond. "Barry's ohk his in a coma," Cisco said.

"Coma!" I yelled instantly regretting it.
"My head." I groaned. "You need some rest." The woman said holding a needle with something in it. I didn't like needles but I'll take anything to get rid of the headache. "I'm going to inject you with a sedative that should help with your pain." She said getting the needle ready. "Sure." She then injected me. And I instantly fell asleep.

'Hopefully, barry's ohk.' was your last thought. Before you blacked out.
