For a moment nobody spoke. Harry just continued to stare at the two of them as if they had extra heads. He moved to say something but a booming voice behind him stopped him.

"Ronald Weasley! What have you done to my kitchen??"

Mrs. Weasley came pushing past Harry. Her eyes were wide surveying the flour covered kitchen. Victoria moved to speak and say that it was her faut, but Ron cut her off.

"Sorry, mum. Victoria was cooking and I came in here and started bothering her. I'll-I'll clean it all up." Ron spoke quickly and glanced around the kitchen. He avoided eye contact with Harry, who was staring daggers into him and still had not moved from the doorway.

"You most certainly will," Mrs. Weasley was yelling in a breathless tone. "Honestly, I've never. This better be done before I get back from the village!" She rushed out of the kitchen will an exasperated huff and patted Harry on the shoulder as she went.

"Seems as though you have been getting along well," Harry said. He was still staring daggers into Ron who had started wiping flour from the countertops.

"Mate, it was nothing. We were just having a bit of fun. Mum has kept us so busy, and Victoria has been cooking non-stop. It's on me, honest. I came in here to mess with her and to get her to stop being little miss perfection." Ron spoke fast and frantically.

"Hey!" Victoria protested. "I'm not little miss perfection, I just want to help. It's the least I could do."

It was true, the scene Harry walked in on might've looked more than it had been. But Victoria had been doing the most she could for the Weasleys all summer, she felt she owed it to them for all that had done for her.

Ron finally got the courage to look at Harry as he spoke, Victoria hadn't taken her eyes off of him. She saw him visibly relax his shoulders as Ron spoke and gave both of them a small smile.

"I know, sorry I just have been feeling stressed lately." Harry sighed again and ran his fingers through his hair.

Damn he was hot was all Victoria could think in the moment. As if reading her mind, Harry walked over and gave her a hug. A feeling of comfort flooded back over her.

"Harry, you're going to get flour on you," Victoria said releasing him form the hug with a small giggle.

"Eh, it's worth it," Harry said while making his way over to Ron and hugging and clapping him on the back.

Victoria saw Ron's shoulders relax under Harry's hug.

"You're here early, Harry," Ron said. He started to move and clean up more flour. Victoria helped him and emptied the now ruined cake mix.

"Just for a few days, for the wedding," Harry said. He took a seat at the kitchen table avoiding flour as he did.

"Just for a few days? You mean you aren't back fully?" Victoria asked.

"Not yet. The Order says I have to go back to the Dursley's until my birthday then I can stay in the wizarding world for good."

"Hm, well you'd think they would just want you to stay with everything that has been going on," Ron said in a matter of fact tone.

Victoria thought Ron was right. Ever since Dumbledore's funeral everything seemed to be falling apart in the wizarding world. People were disappearing, ministry workers quitting, and an occasional odd death. To make matters worse, the muggle world wasn't fairing any better according to Harry. Strange events like hurricanes and earthquakes had plagued all different parts of the world.

"It's only a matter of time," Harry said in a quiet voice.

Ron and Victoria finished cleaning up the kitchen and sat at the table with Harry. The three of them continued to discuss some of the strange things that had been occurring and then decided to shift the discussion to a happier things.

"Oh yea," Victoria started. "I'm going to be in the wedding now. Fleur asked me just last week. Said that it was only fair since I had helped so much. I really have enjoyed helping plan. I had no idea weddings were so much fun."

"Looks like I'll be in trouble one day," Harry said under his breath.

Ron smirked.

"Oh, is that funny Ron? Well don't think you'll have it so easy either. Hermione is an even bigger perfectionist than me." Victoria rolled her eyes as she spoke.

Ron's cheeks flushed the slightest shade of red. As he started to interject the twins walked in.

"Oi, having a laugh at Ron's expense and didn't think to invite us." Fred said with a dramatic hurt look on his face.

Him and George pulled up chairs to sit on either side of Harry and Victoria, across from Ron.

"Fuck off," Ron said through gritted teeth.

"Touchy, touchy," George said with a grin.

"We were just coming to see what you three where discussing. Maybe similar to our previous conversation?" Fred asked with a wink in Victoria's direction.

"What previous conversation?" Harry asked looking between all three of them.

"I am not staying for this," Victoria said getting up quickly.

"Such a prude," George said under his breath. Victoria didn't care though, she was not sitting around for them to talk about sex. Again.

She got up and made her way outside to the garden. Everyone else had gone off to bed for the night. She sat there in the quiet of the night, taking in all the sounds and fresh air. All of a sudden, she saw something flash out of the corner of her eye in the forest surrounding the burrow.

She quickly drew her wand from her pocket and stood. She walked slowly toward where she had seen the object move. As she got closer, she quickly understood what it was.

"Ulysses," Victoria said with a sigh of relief. It was Draco's owl. "What are you doing here?"

Victoria took a few steps closer to the owl and bent down to pet him. The owl hooted and stuck out his leg towards her.

"Oh, thank you," Victoria said taking the letter from the around the owls leg. "You must be tired, come with me?" Victoria made to stand but the owl stayed rooted in place and hooted again.

Victoria understood. The owl was to deliver the message and return immediately to its sender. "Alright, thank you again," Victoria said petting the owl one more time.

She watched as Ulysses flew off. She vaguely wished he would've stayed. Not that she missed the horrible side of her family. She did miss the good side though. The good being Draco and even Narcissa at most times.

With Ulysses out of sight she looked back down at the letter and the looked over her shoulder. It would probably be best to open this here, away from everyone else. She knew they all liked and trusted her, but she didn't want them to think she had been corresponding with the enemy.

She opened the beautiful Malfoy seal and read the perfectly hand-written note inside.

Dearest Tori,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am sorry that it has not come sooner. I must make my message short and brief. Rest assured my owl only knows where you are located, and you will not be tracked from my correspondence. Time is ticking. The war is about to start, and it will start with a vengeance. I need you to know this because you are not safe. You need to run. Ever since Christmas the dark lord has put a marker on your head. One that is almost as big as Potters. Don't be brave and stupid. Don't be Gryffindor. You need to run and hide, now. I believe I know where you are, and you aren't safe. Please, I'm begging you Tori, no matter what this war has already done to us, I can't lose you for good. Run. You can't save Potter.

Do not write me back, it will definitely be intercepted.

Love always,
Draco

Victoria took a deep breath and saw the tear hit the letter.
