As he is a moderate sleeper, all you have to do is shake him a little and tell him to get up.
Nano
He is the definition of night owl. To wake him up, it's either you have to hit him with a pillow repeatedly or sometimes it even goes by pouring him down cold water. You're well aware of the severe punishment that you'll get after that.
Christian
You have to kiss him on the jaw or below the neck where his sweet spot is. He would instantly wake up.
Rebeka
Because she's a heavy sleeper, you have to pushed her with force until she falls down her bed, her face planted on the floor.
Samuel
He wakes up with very little things. You just really have to go up to his ear and whisper for him to wake up.
Ander
Your first attempt wouldn't work, although in your second and third try he would finally be awake but he will be too whiny about it. You will have to promise him a treat later.
Polo
You would dipped your head to his neck, readying to tickle him but he would dragged you down to his bed, making both of you a tangled mess.
Lucrecia
To wake her up, you usually shake her shoulders. If she complies, you'd be threatening her of burning her collections of designer bags.
Valerio
It takes extreme measures to wake this big boy's soul (metaphorically). You'll be jumping on him or on the bed as if it was a trampoline to annoy the hell out of him.
Carla
She'll be the first one to be awake but she would only decide to get up if you're already aware that she's staring at you.
Nadia/Omar
*please pretend I wrote them a sleeping and waking up preference*
Cayetana
Cayetana wakes up easily but too stubborn to get up. You sometimes have to haul her onto the floor and out of the room just so you can get rid of her loafing bum.
Patrick
Just knock on wood and this boy will be awake.
Mencía
She hibernate like a bear so there's a lot of things you have to do. First, wake her up and play the alarm on her ear. Second, you have to bang the ancient drums from the far east of the golden sun. Third, call the different marching bands of the globe until they call the God of Imbecile to wake her tf up. Fourth; if it still doesn't work, leave her and graduate.
