I looked at her as she lead me towards the crowded market, it was a local market with tones of people around everywhere. I smiled as my eyes fell on our interlocked hands as she walked ahead of me with a smile on her face which I couldn't see but was aware of it.
We haven't been getting much time to spend together ever since she started working, it upset me but it's her life and her responsibility and her right to do what she wants. I was the one who asked her to do this in the first place but it kinda back fired because I never knew she was such a hard working woman, she worked til late night and went to office early.
But, I'm happy that she is fighting for things that belong to her and I just want to support her no matter what.
I'm still unaware where we are going but she stopped the car far as now we walk towards the direction she is leading me to.
She stopped at a food stall, and turned to me, "Do you wanna get some tteokbokki?" She asked with a big smile on her face. I nodded my head without even thinking, she smiled and turned to the mid aged woman who is the owner of the shop.
"Ahjuma.. Two plates tteokbokki." She said showing her a V sign, the woman looked at her smiled brightly.
"Right there.." she said as she prepared the plates for us. Y/n turned turned to face me with her unwavering smile. I gently squeezed her hand and pulled her a little closer to me.
"You seem very happy today?" I asked, slowly moving my thumb on her hand, she nodded still smiling.
"Yes...it's my first date after all." She replied, I chuckled.
"You make it sound as if I have been on dates every now and then." I said, she laughed but her smiled replaced with a frown as she raised her brows at me doubtfully.
"Who knows?" She crocked her brows giving me a sharp eyes, I scoffed sarcastically.
"Look whos talking? You mistook me as Jungkook... so you have no right to question about it." I said in a joking way but her face fell down, feeling guilty.
I cursed myself, " I was just kidding.... I'm sorry." I apologized quickly with a anxious look on my face, worried that I reminded her of past.
She raised her head and looked me in eyes and smirked, "Me too.. I was also kidding." She said bursting out in laughter.
"Here you go." The stall owner said with two plates in her head, Y/n reached out and took the plates from her and passed on to me.
