I have always had a strong passion for writing. Ever since I was a child I have loved to write and create my own fantasies and stories. I wrote this book when I was 14 years old in year 9. I wrote this book both for the purpose of my own self interest and for my Personal Best Project at School.
The Personal Best Project is where students put in their best efforts into creating anything they want, as well as challenging themselves by dong so. For example students could build a bookshelf, bake and decorate a cake, or write a book. For my Personal Best Project, I chose to write a book because I believe by doing so it will challenge my thinking and teach me patience. It took me a total of just over 2 months to write and edit my book. I know I am no author, but writing this book has taught me valuable lessons which I can carry on with me into my future, if I wish to some day become an author. It was a very fun and challenging experience writing this book and I will certainly think about one day, possibly, professionally writing and publishing a novel.
