"Ummm..... BVB?" Kayla questioned.
"Nope." I said, popping the "p".
"ATL?"
"Nada. Look more on the lines of 5 people."
"The lads?" (1D)
"No."
"Maroon5?"
"Nada, Kayla. C'mon!"
"OMG. No way! Pentatonix?!? The PTX?!?" Kayla said, suprised.
"Yup," I said, popping the "p". She started squealing. "Calm down, or I won't read the letter. Or, do you want me to read it?"
"YES!!" Kayla said, all excited-like. I read the letter, and when I finished, she wanted to know what was in my DM.
"There were two videos there, and I can send them to you. If you want to know what they were about." I said.
"No no. That's for your eyes only. Unless, something very special happened." Kayla said.
"Both of them were really special. At least the first one was, to me. So, the first one was a video of them opening all my boxes, packages, letters, etc. I'll send you the second video though." I stated. I wasn't going to take no for an answer. After she finished it, I knew he was about to explode.
"Kayla, shut your mouth, don't scream, speak, or even talk. PLEASE DON'T EAT ME!" I said, trying to make her laugh, not explode with excitement and then ending up eating me when she get home from Ireland. It worked, but only for a bit. Then, the inner fangirl (inner beast) was released.
"DANIELLE!! YOU CAN STILL MEET THEM!! YOU STILL HAVE TIME! It's only 8:45, I bet they'll be up." Kayla said, calming down quite a bit. "I'm going to let you go do things, bye, and Happy 17th Birthday sis!"
"Happy 16th Birthday, lil sista. Bye! TTYL!" I said. We hung up, and just then my phone went off with a notification for a tweet. It was from them. They had the photo in the picture, and the caption said 'Here at this beautiful & amazing place.' I opened a DM with them, and said, 'Meet me at the park in 10 minutes, please. If you can, I mean.' I changed into a sweatshirt and sweatpants. I put my hair into a pony tail, grabbed my phone and keys, and headed out the door ( www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=12041... : full outfit). I put my hood up, and began walking to the park. After about 2 minutes, I was at the park. I put my hood down, sat on a swing, and took out my phone. The sun was just about to set, and it was getting darker, quicker. And it was getting a little cooler outside, but not to much. So I looked on Twitter for a while, and then decided to get up and walk around for a bit. It was really a safe place, so I didn't have to worry about rapists, kidnappers, murders, or any of that messed-up shit. I was walking on the little, thin, black border where the wood-chips would meet the grass. As I made my way around for the first time, I looked up and saw a small figure in the distance. Finally! I crouched, then sat down on the black border. The figure made it's way closer and closer, and it started becoming clearer. Since I didn't have my glasses on, everything was a little blurrier than normal. There were, six. No, seven. Maybe four. I couldn't see, so you get the point. They kept getting closer, and I saw that there was definitely five of them. Even closer, I could tell that there was 4 guys and 1 girl. She seemed so lonely. They could be some normal teenagers, going to a wonderful park, near the night, on the last, final day of that damned hell hole. Don't ask me what they do, because I wouldn't know (remember, I don't have many friends, I'm the outcast). They got closer, about 15 ft away, and I could see they were wearing sweatshirts too. They also had their hoods up.
"Danielle?" the girl said, so I snapped my head up. I didn't realize I was looking down. When I snapped my head up, I saw that it was Pentatonix, and they were closer, about 10 ft away now.
"Yeah?" I said, standing up.
"You asked for us to meet you here." Kevin said. "Why so late though?"
"First of all, it's not late, the sun just set. Second, I had to Skype my sister in Ireland, and she never stops talking, unless I tell her something important. Like I told her about your guys' letter. And it's her 16th birthday. She also had suprise visitors with her." I explained, scrathcing the back of my neck.
"We understand, Danielle. Would you like to come over to our house, since it will be getting darker soon?" Scott asked.
"Sure, but it's not a house, it's an apartment." I informed him.
"Whatever it is, wanna come with us?" Mitch asked.
"Yeah. Step in the light first. Don't worry, there won't be many fangirl/fanboy's here at night. Or in the day. Even some people here don;t know who you are." I said. They began walking closer to me, and I got a bit nervous. What if they don't like me and my weird, shy, and awkwardness? What if I'm not good enough to come across the country to see and meet? I just shrugged and through the thoughts away. They stepped in a line about 2 ft in front of me, under the light of the park's light. They all stood there, awkwardly, probably waiting for me to say something. I stood there for about a minute, and then began walking slowly towards them. They just stood there, like nothing was happening. Man, this was awkward. I stood about a foot in front of each of them, taking in each of their features and flaws. I was making sure they were the real ones. And they were.
"Sorry 'bout that guys..." I said, backing up from Avi. "My weirdness and awkwardness took over my body."
"It's fine, for me. I like different, and weird." Mitch said smiling.
"Before we go over to your apartment, let me text my neighbor that I'm going over to a friend's house for a bit. She's like my second mother." I said.
"Okay, we'll let you do that." Avi said. I sent her the message, and she replied with 'Okay.'
"Let's get going then?" I asked. They all nodded their heads in response. About half-way through the awkwardly silent walk, I asked Kirstie to hold my things so I can do something. She agreed happily. I ran in front of the little group, and then did about 4 cartwheels in a row. I was a little dizzy, but whatever. Then, I did a front flip, and then an arial (I don't actually do gymnastics, so yeah. I got the term from my friend.). I needed to work on my frontflip. Anyway, I walked back to Kirstie, she looked suprised, and she handed my things back to me.
"Those were amazing! Are you a gymnast?" Scott asked.
"I taught those things to myself, so no, I am not a gymnast." I said, matter-of-factly, and proud.
"Just, wow." Kevin said.
"Dayum right!" I said back, and everyone laughed. I joined in. We talked for a bit for the rest of the walk, until we arrived at their apartment. I checked the time, and it was 10:00. I could still stay for a bit. Kevin took out his keys, and unlocked the door.
