*Mitch's POV*
"So... What would you like to do?" Dani asked, her voice soft.
"I don't know, but since it's pretty late, maybe watch a movie?" I asked. I just wanted to hold he- no, Mitch. You can't let it happen to fast. Her face lit up like the Fourth of July as soon as I said 'watch'.
"Yes! What movie fo you want to watch?" she asked, getting up and opening a little cabinet filled with movies to the brim.
"I don't know, you can choose one. If it's fine with you it's fine with me. God, you have so many!" I said.
"Yay! Then we're going to watch a scary movie. Hmmm.... Which movie? Paranormal Activity or Scream 3?" she asked.
"Paranormal Activity! Of course! I love it, obviously." I decided.
"Okay. Just let me change my TV over... and pop it in!" she squealed.
"Whoa, Dani! Calm down! It's just a scary movie!" I said. I was excited, to. But not for the movie, because of the movie. I wanted to cuddle with her, make her feel loved and wanted. Make her mine. I wanted to keep her safe, so no one would hurt her.
"Mitch, Mitch!" she said, shaking me.
"Oh, what? Sorry, I was lost in thought." I apologized.
"It's okay. I do that to sometimes, you know, just blank out in thought. But, before we watch the movie, I want to see if my sister is on Skype. Do you want to see her?" she asked. I tensed up a bit, but relaxed, because it was only her sister.
"Sure." I replied, smiling. I watched her grab her computer, and sit with it.
"I'll tell you to come over when she gets up to get something. Should we have a code? Should I just motion you over? What if w-" She asked, quite frantic. I cut her off.
"- Just motion me over. Danielle, don't worry, It'll be fine." That calmed her quite a lot. She finally logged on, and I saw a smile press her face.
"She's on!" she squealed.
"Call her then!" I pressed.
"Okay, okay. Jeese." she started calling her sister, and she picked up on the third ring.*Dani's POV*
"Hey, Dani. How's it going?" Kayla inquired.
"Pretty good, lil sis. How 'bout you?" I asked.
"Same." she answered.
"Hey, have you gotten any souvenir's yet to bring home?" I asked, stalling her so Mitch could get into the shot soon.
"Yeah, other than the boys' signatures, yes. Tons! Want me to go get them?" she asked.
"Yes, please. Now, go find them, peasant." I said, waving her off. She fake scoffed and pretended to be hurt, and walked off. I heard footsteps get quieter, and then heard the click signing that she was outside of the room. I waved over to Mitch, to get him in the camera's shot before she came back. He was staring out to space.
"Mitch, come on!" I whisper-shouted at him.
"Now?" he asked.
"Yes!" I said, patting the part of the bed next to me. He tried to quietly walk over to me and sit down, but miserably failed, and almost ended up tripping on my carpet. I laughed at him, and he just blushed and looked down. He finally sat down on my bed, and I stopped laughing. I looked at him, and he finally stopped blushing. I smiled. We sat there in silence for about 10 minutes. She finally came back with two bags at hand, and sat down. She dumped the things on her bed before looking up.
"Who's this, Danielle? Did you get a boyfriend within a few hours?" she asked, with her devious smile, and her raised eyebrows. My eyes widened, and I started turning bright red.
"No Kayla! I did not get a boyfriend in a couple hours! What is wrong with your mind? Anyway, can you recognize him, even a little?" I asked, almost stuttering at some points. I was still blushing a lot, and when I looked over at Mitch, I saw he was blushing like a tomato to. I wanted to look down so much.
"I don't know what's wrong with my mind, and I recognize him not-so-much." Kayla said. Mitch looked suprised.
"You barely recognize me? Wow. I thought Danielle talked about my group a lot. Do you even notice, though? Actually, I know she must talk about my group a lot, do you ever take notice?" Mitch says, suprised, and with a harsh tone, but not to much of harshness.
"Whoa, Mitch. Tone down the harsh-level, okay?" I said. He nodded in return.
"Wait, I think I know who you are now! NO WAY DANIELLE! PTX!" she said, shocked.
"Finally. Yup." Mitch said, popping the "p".
"I told yo-" Kayla said.
"-Don't you dare finish that sentence, Kayla. I know, I know. You were right earlier. I did ave time to meet them still... But now I have full trust in you since you were right...." I said, finishing her sentence and being sincere.
"Now can I talk, properly?" Mitch asked.
"You just did." Kayla said. I glared at her.
"Yes, Mitch. You now have full rights to talk properly to my sister." I said, in a 'duh' tone.
"Finally! But anyway, btw, I am not her boyfriend, and she is not my girlfriend. We're just friends....." Mitch said, then mumbled. I'll get it out of him later.
"Mhm, right. I get it. Anyway, did you meet all of them?" Kayla inquired, getting excited.
"Yes, I did. No, I didn't get their signatures, yet. I know who's you want the most though..." I said, winking.
"P-please get i-it s-soon!" Kayla stuttered, blushing. Haha, she must really lik- NO! I CAN'T SAY!! Ugg.... she'll hate me if I do...
"Well, Kayla, I've got to go. Imma watch a movie!" I said.
"Okay.." Kayla said, winking toward Mitch. "Talk to you later, sista. Bye!!" She hung up.
"Finally!" Mitch sighed.
"I know right!" I said.
"How do you stand her, even at home?" Mitch asked.
"I do not know. Seriously." I answered.
"Well then, let's get to that Paranormal Activity-ness!" Mitch said. I laughed and nodded my head and closed the DVD player. I waited before the previews started playing, so I grabbed the remote, and sat down on the couch.
"Do you want any popcorn? Wait, I shouldn't have even asked that. I should know that the answer's yes. STUPID DOBBY! STUPID DOBBY!" I said, smacking my forehead.
"Don't hit yourself, darling. You'll get hurt. Wait... you're into Harry Potter??" Mitch asked.
"YES! Want to see my collection of the Harry Potter fandom I have in my bedroom?" I asked.
"Yeah, but after the movie, or some other time. We have something to do now.." Mitch said. Awkward. I looked at him, and saw him looking m straight in the eyes. I quickly looked away, blushing, and hoping he didn't notice.
"Let me go get the popcorn then." I said, getting up. He nodded, and sat down. I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a microwavable bag of popcorn. Yup, I was a lazy person, so I don't have an actual popcorn maker. I put the bag in the microwave, and started it up. About a minute later, it beeped, telling me it was done. I grabbed the top of the bag, and it was scorching! "Ow, ow, ow ow! Shit!" I mumbled, so Mitch wouldn't hear me. I quickly poured it into a bowl, and walked back into the living room. I sat down on the edge of the couch, and Mitch sat next to me. He didn't sit to close though. The movie had started playing, so I placed the popcorn bowl on the coffee table in front of the couch. I leaned back, and pulled my legs to my chest. I wrapped my arms around my legs, even tough I wasn't scared. This is going to be a long, sleepless night. Oh boy was I wrong....
