"Honourable No.7? Who's that?"
"Yanomi! Hi!" Hanako said, waving. "How many times have I told you to call me Hanako? Hmm?" He cocked his head to one side as I laughed. "Countless times, Hanako." I said, rolling my eyes and dramatically exaggerating the pronounciation of the name he has told me to refer to him as. "This is Nene-Yashiro," Hanako murmured, ignoring my insolence and indicating at the high school girl with the Daikon legs. "She requires a bit of help with a wish, in the love department! Am I right, Yashiro?" The Daikon gir- I mean Yashiro-Senpai, looked embarrassed before slightly nodding. Somewhere in the distance a bell sounded, and Yashiro looked panic stricken. "I'm gonna be late to class!" She almost screeched. Bobbing a courtesy to me, and sticking her tongue out at Hanako, Yashiro ran from the room, presumably to her next lesson. "So, what did you want me for, Hanako?" I said to the ghost boy. He looked up and smiled, "I'm glad you asked Yanomi! There is one thing I forgot to mention yesterday at our encounter." Rolling my eyes I said "If you are waiting for the pause of dramatic effect, it didn't work." He laughed and turned towards the window. "Well you know how I am the boss of the wonders?" He sat lightly on the windowsill and indicated I join him. I nodded and followed suit to the window. " Well! You shall be joining me!" I looked confused and my face asked questions and was openly welcome to answers. "Let me explain," Hanako said, giggling at my expression, "Long long ago, a prophecy was made for this school: The prophecy stated that Eight people who attended this school not only in the living world, but the dead, would each become a wonder. The final two of those eight unlucky souls, would go on to be the leaders of them all, and their job would be to rule over all apparitions and keep peace. You are the final part of the puzzle, Yanomi! You and me are destined to rule over Kamome Academy in spirit form!" He finished this sentence with a grin, and I returned it back to him. "Woah!" I said breathless. literally. "First things first," Hanako said proudly, " You need to meet the other wonders...."
(Sorry for such a short chapter, no reads as of yet but let's see where this goes! I'm trying to upload as fast as possible to avoid sucky cliffhangers, and there is a point in the story I can't wait to publish 🤫🤫 read on to find out more :D)
