Those little eyes adjusting to the light, And as they open, They were sparkling bright, Little cherub cheeks, adorned with freckles Little scrumptious hands and feet Ocean blue eyes like the sea they sparkle.
Tears of joy fills my eyes as we meet, And as I give you my pointing finger, You wrap it in your soft little fingers, Warming the heart like a fire in the winter.
Whilst holding you, I felt your soft heartbeats, Like a soft melodic tune, That's calming and sweet.
There in my arms you lay sound asleep, Caressing you softly as I took a seat. And as I sat there in wonder, There these thoughts on me they ponder, 'I've love you from the very start, This little angel stole my breath, And even stole my heart. '
Few more words before I end this, A baby is a wee bit of heaven send from above, A handful of happiness, An angel made with love.
