The New Beginning

6 Months Later

Ross's POV:

I have been trying to call and text her but nothing I have been searching everywhere for her. I tried Colorado and she isn't there I looked everywhere that I know she would go. I cant sleep without knowing she is okay. I told mom and Rydel what happened and they can't get a hold of her and now me and Rocky have a tour to go on and apparently someone is doing the opening the they don't know who yet.

Kayla's POV:

Everyone has been trying to get a hold of me and I wont answer them. I've been doing covers from artist and been going on tour with bands and opening for them. I got a call from my boss to come in and said he has another band for me to open for.

Kayla: I'm here!! Who do you have for me this time.

Boss: I have a band that needs someone to open for them and you will be touring with them with your own bus because I was able to get you your own tour bus.

Kayla: Alright sounds good to me. What's the bands name?

Boss: It's the Driver Era.

I froze. I guess he saw the look on my face because he asked me.....

Boss: Are you okay?

Kayla: Um yeah alright so when does the tour start?

Boss: Tonight at a venue in LA.

Kayla: Alright then.

I leave and start getting ready then head to my tour bus. I sit there thinking on how this will go. Maybe they wont talk to me and I'll be lucky. We start to head to the venue.

Once we arrived I saw their bus wasn't here yet and I felt relived. About five minutes later my make-up and everything was done. They told me it was time and I went on.

Ross's POV:

We showed up to the venue and another tour bus was here and I assumed it was whoever was opening for us. I decided to get ready with the others and once we finished we went to see who was up there before they came down.

I saw mom's face lit up and I wasn't sure why. I then look to see who was up on the stage and I couldn't believe who I saw. She finished up the last song and went to walk off the stage to our side but she stopped when she saw me and we both locked eyes.

Kayla's POV:

I finished up the last song and went to walk off the stage but stopped in my tracks right when I saw who was watching me. I didn't want Ross to see me. We locked eye's and I walked to the other side of the stage and saw Ry. He looked at me for a second.

Ryland: Kayla?

Kayla: Yeah.....hey Ry.

He looked at me and hugged me. I hugged him back.

Ryland: You can't do that to us you scared the shit out of me. Please don't leave.

Kayla: Look Ry.....once this tour ends I'm not coming back like it was before I'm going back to my new life.

Ryland: New life? Kay we are your family you cant just leave us forever.

Kayla: Ry I-

I stopped and saw Ross behind him I felt a tear slide down my face. I didn't even know my eye's were watery.

Ross: Ry um dad needs you to start setting the stage up.

Ryland: Okay um we aren't done with this conversation.

Then Ry left and it was just me and Ross. I don't want to talk to him so I just walked passed him. I know he is following me I got in my dressing room and closed the door but then he opened it.
