Chapter 28

Chapter 28 : Second Hearing

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣'𝙨 𝙋𝙊𝙑

They are now at the court again. It was tiring to go to another hearing. But, Jisoo, Lisa, Jimin, and Seokjin is sitting at the front seat with confidence. On the other side was Wang Ji Hye, Jennie, and Irene.

They didn't notice Irene since she is wearing a hood. Her womb is a little bigger now and noticeable. "Let's start once again." Yoongi said. "Please say everything you know, We'll start at King Seokjin's lawyer questioning Queen Wang Ji Hye, Princess Kim Jennie and Princess Bae Joo Hyun" Yoongi added.

'Who is Joo Hyun?' Jisoo thought. "The name is familiar" Seokjin said. The hree of them nods at Seokjin's statement.

"So.. Your Majesty, Based on your case. You were the one who paid an assassin to assassinate the Park Family, The one who ambushed Moon Tae-Yang's home and killed 5 of her friends, You framed King Seokjin's parents, You also framed the Former King of Seoul and You.. were actually the one who killed your own mother" The Lawyer started. The crowd gasp except for Ji Hye and Seokjin.

"No, Of course that's a lie." Ji Hye said. "How so?" The lawyer asked. "Because I am a Queen. I am holding an image. So why would I do such things? I should learn how to treat my people well. No one witnessed those so how could they put the blame on me?" She defensed.

"Hm.. Then why do we have five witness..?" The Lawyer said. "The witnesses are Moon Tae-Yang, Kim Seokjin, Park Jimin, Lalisa Manoban and.. Oh. And your own daughter. Bae Joo-Hyun or should I say... Bae Irene." The Lawyer said. The looks on Ji Hye's eyes changed.

"Oh.. My own daughter betrayed me.." she whispered. "My daughter and those fools are only mad at me." Ji Hye stated. "That's all?" The lawyer asked. "Yes" Ji Hye said.

"That's all Judge" The Lawyer said before sitting down. "Please, Witnesses stand up and say what you need to say." Yoongi said. Lisa went up first.

The Lawyer on the other side stood up too for questions.

"So.. Miss Lalisa. You're the palace's greatest archer right?" The Lawyer asked. "Yes." Lisa said. "Tell us what you witnessed" The Lawyer said. "Ji Hye killed my sister" Lisa said. "And how did you know that?" The Lawyer asked. "U-Uh.. The King told me.." Lisa said. "I am sorry Miss Lalisa, But your statement is weak so that's no use" The Lawyer said.

This goes on. It is now Jisoo's turn so she stood up and carried the Box of Compromise.

"Miss.. Moon Tae-Yang right?" The Lawyer asked. Jisoo nods. "So, What did you witnessed?" The Lawyer asked. "Everything" Jisoo said. "Everything? What do you mean?" The Lawyer asked.

"I witnessed the Park Family's Death and My Comrade's Deaths" Jisoo said. "Okay then.. Tell us what you saw" Lawyer said.

"I witnessed my comrade's deaths. One by one. All got shot. One of my comrade's is Park Chaeyoung/Rosè. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Park.

I also witnessed the Park Family's Deaths. Mrs. Park got shot in the head. Mr. Park got shot in the chest. The two little girls ran for their lives. The other girl hid her younger sister somewhere so she wouldn't get killed. The older one ran away so the guards won't find her sister and for them to put the attention to her so her sister will be safe. The name of the younger sister is Rosè. And the Older one was named Jisoo. Jisoo was adopted by the Park Family." Jisoo said while trying to hold back tears.

"How did you know all of this?" The Lawyer asked.

"There's only two reasons on how you knew all of this. One is.. You're with the killer or you-" She cuts off the Lawyer.

"I knew all of this because I am Jisoo." Jisoo admitted. Everyone got shocked. "I am.. Kim Jisoo. The daughter of the Former Queen Kim Soojin." Jisoo said. Everyone became more shock.

Even Wang Ji Hye.

"What? Are you joking? If you are serious, Prove something to us or give us proof" The Lawyer said.

Jisoo tossed the Box of Compromise to Yoongi's desk. Only Yoongi knew what a real Box of Compromise looks like because there's only one type of it. Only the Former Queen Soojin holds that.

Yoongi opened it. He was shock. He stood up and bowed. "Your Highness" he said making everyone shock. Jisoo stood up.

Lisa, Jimin, Irene and even Seokjin bowed down to The Lost Empress of Seoul.

Everyone followed the sudden action of the King Seokjin. All of them bowed.
