Chapter 17 : Forgive and Forget

𝙅𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙤'𝙨 𝙋𝙊𝙑

"Uh.. Ms. do you know where Rosè lives?" I asked an old lady. "You mean Chaeyoung?" She asked. I nods. "Oh.. There, that house with a green gate." She said. "Kamsahamnida-" I got cut off when the old lady speaks again. "But I heard they left yesterday night and move out.." The old lady said I was in shock.

They move out?..

Hayst as expected she ran away from me..

I walk away feeling sad and betrayed. Then someone poke me at my left shoulder. I look to it and saw

"Rosè!" I said in shock. "Why are you so surprised? Tch." She said. "But the old lady told me that you moved out.." I said. "Yes, I will." She answered. "Eh? Where?" I asked.

"In your house." She said. I was in shock once again but some happiness' taking over it.

"Are we just gonna stand here and stare at each other?." She asked. "No no no! I'm sorry, Here let me help" I said and grabbed one of her bag.

Damn, this is heavy.

Well, it's giving me a 'mean girl & obedient boy in kdrama' vibes.

We walk to my house. As we arrived we got greeted by Grandpa, Sana, Dahyun, Kai and Jinyoung.

"Oh.. So you're Rosè?" They asked. Rosè nods. "How'd you know my name?" She asked. "I'll grab us some drinks and snacks" I said and left.

Irene smacks her table as hard as she can. She is mad, Very mad. Knowing that she saw something yesterday, Her eyes is on fire.

"Moon. Tae. Yang. You fcking snake!" She yelled. The Palace's maids were frightened by her. "My Queen, The King has arrived" The Palace Guard said.

"Thank You, Come in." She said then the door opened. "Why do you want to meet.?" Seokjin asked her in a cold tone.

"Are you cheating?" She said directly. "Me? Why would I cheat?" He asked.

"I don't cheat and Don't look like I replaced you because I didn't even pick you in the first place. I know a secret about you, You should be scared."

'A secret about me.. Does he know that..' she thought.

"But since I am nice and kind, I won't let that secret go out of my mouth" He said.

He was about to walk away when Irene asked something.

"Why though? Why are you doing this?" She asked.

"Simple, I.. Pity you." He said.

'I shouldn't just ask instead. If I knew that he'll be this harsh. You're lucky since me and my mother needs your family for fame and money but.. I admit, I like you a little now.' Irene thought.

Seokjin left.

"He knew the secret already..?" Her mother asked.

"You should be more careful you filthy rat!" Her mother yelled and slapped her hard making her fall.

"Mother stop!" Jennie said.

"If you haven't got pregnant in the first place by someone you won't admit, we can be more stable than this! You're useless! Out of my sight, now!" Ji Hye yelled.

"Yes mother." Irene said and left. Jennie followed her.

"S-Sister.. Are you okay?" Jennie asked.

"Stop following me can you?!" Irene asked with a tone of annoyance.

"I-I'm sorry." Jennie said and walks away.

Irene ran towards the woods and sat on a bench.

'How life can be hard sometimes.?' Irene asked to herself. Little did she know that someone is watching her from behind.
