"We're going to a shop in Knockturn Alley. I have to... pick up something", Snape lied right to Evelina's face. His cheeks turned a slight red color but still kept a straight face. He grabbed his cloak and clung to Evelina's forearm.

She joked and tried to wiggle her way out of Severus's grip. "Can I at least grab my phone or a cloak as well? I don't want to be seen lurking in Knockturn Alley with you. What if someone finds out you're my father? You saw how everyone reacted to the crash at Draco's birthday ball, it'll be the same for us."

Without warning, the now-familiar whirlpool of sick emotions hit Eve like a truck. Her vision blurred and it looked as if she and her father's body were being intertwined with each other. A large thump ricocheted from the ground beneath them as they arrived at a large, dark emporium. "Borgin and Burkes", read the creaky and worn-down shop sign.

"Come now", he whispered. "You don't want anyone to know we are family, right?" Snape once again, tugged her arm inside.

Evelina never thought she would be caught dead in a store like this, especially after a life of luxury she spent with her muggle family. It was an old antique shop filled with cursed and very odd-shaped objects. It was dull in the shop. Dark corners, peeling walls, and cramped spaces with the weirdest of antiques a person would collect.

Her father pulled her further into the store, meeting a group of creepy-looking people. Each had a specific mask along with a cloak that acted as a chest guard(also engraved with swirls and lines). They stared at her with cruel intentions just by the look of their eyes. Except for Narcissa who was trying not to make eye contact while Lucius grinned. While she gazed at the still, glaring group, Severus was able to slip into the same attire everyone else was wearing.

Something odd sat behind them, a heavily carved closet that didn't match the rest of the room. There was nothing out of the ordinary about it, besides its intricate design patterns.

A man emerged from the back of the pack. The same man that scared Evelina the night of Draco's birthday. "Hello, Evelina. Lovely seeing you again." He paused for a second, taking a large breath and looking around at the now terrified group. Behind him was once again, Bellatrix. The crazy yet curious aunt of Draco's. "You listen well, Severus. I hope she follows in your footsteps and realizes how loyal she must be. Evelina Snape? Daughter of Severus Snape correct? Slytherin beater as well as applying for Prefect and dating Lucius's son. Am I right?"

She looked at him in oz. How could he know that much information about her when they only met once. "Yes my lord", she gulped heavily. Eve was surprised she was able to form words after being so confused yet terrified.

The dark lord was now circling her while his sidekick, Bellatrix, eyed her up and down. "Such a young soul, yes? I hope she can handle what happens next. Do you believe in blood supremacy, specifically purebloods being the superior blood status?" He laughed while the group of death eaters laughed. "Of course you do. Give me your arm!", he demanded.

"I-", she tried to rebut before her father gave her the subtle head nod to obey the Dark Lord's wishes. She held out her left arm and there his wand stood, slightly raised over her forearm.

Voldemort took a glance and looked at the old scar on her wrist. The lightning bolt, the same as Potter's. "I- How did you get this mark? Is she Potter's sister? I told you to get rid of that girl a while ago, Severus. If you are trying to play me off as stupid, you are completely wrong!", he remarked, lifting his wand to her father's neck.

"My lord", he mumbled. "She's my daughter, you know that. It must've been a coincidence. Evelina is just as loyal as I am. I would never cross you."

He nodded and turned her wand to her arm. After mumbling a few words, a sudden stabbing and burning sensation filled her left arm. Evelina could feel the pulsing of her heart and tears started to form from her eyes. Her veins weaved in and out with black blood, dancing while she endured the pain. After a few seconds, a scar appeared, one she had never seen before.
