HOUSEMATE

My alarm keeps on ringing so I decided to get up and face the world again.

I lazily got up and went to my bathroom to wash my face before coming down to eat breakfast.

It was 4:45 in the morning and I saw that the maids are still cooking in the kitchen so I decided to go to our terrace to kill time because it's too early.

I stretched my arms wide as I arrived there.

"Good Morning." a baritone voice behind my back greeted me.

I immediately put my arms behind me to hide my embarrassment.

I almost forgot that he's here!

"Good Morning." I greeted back trying to avoid having eye contact with him because I'm still wearing my bare face and I won't allow him to see it!

"How's your sleep?" tanong niya at uminom sa tasa na hawak niya sa kanyang kaliwang kamay.

"It's fine." I slightly smiled.

It seems like nothing happened last night. The Caleb I know is back again, the melted ice cream from last night is back to its frozen form again.

"How about you?" I said trying to be casual so things won't go in other ways.

It's hard to sleep in his situation last night. Ang hirap matulog na marami kang iniisip.

"Well, parang gusto ko nang bawiin iyong offer ko sa'yo." my eyes widen while I was rapidly nodding my head sideways.

He can't do that! Kailangan ba na paiyakin ko ulit siya para maulit ang offer na iyon?

"No. You said it already." I pointed a finger at him like I was effective enough to scare him and he just chuckled.

"Okay. Good luck! Higher score means more wishes." I immediately got excited about it.

"Totoo iyan ah?" paniniguro ko sa kanya.

"I am a man of my word miss Delgado." nakangisi niyang sabi at bumalik na sa loob.

ONE week before the examinations so I need to study harder.

I was with Ashton and Charm reviewing here at the school's forest park, it was full of trees so it's not that hot to hang out here. Maraming tao sa library kaya mas pinili nalang namin dito.

"Himala, nagre-review ka ngayon?" it was Charm who said it while eating the snack I brought.

"I am always reviewing Charm." umiirap na sabi ko at kumain din.
