"Princess.." He whispered. "We need to get you out of here.."
"Why? I bet no one even realized I was gone.. except you."
"Why would you think that?" Evan asked, slowly stroking my short hair.
"Isn't it true? Everyone, my aunt.. gone."
Evan stood up and pulled out an envelope from his back pocket and handed it to me.
"What is this?" I took the envelope and read the name written on it.
Evan shrugged. "Open it."
I ripped open the envelope and read it out loud.
