(The picture isn't Evan and Jan! Just wanted to put a nice, funny picture so you guys would get the slightest idea of this chapter. Enjoy :D)Jannabelle's P.O.V
It's cold, I'm hungry, and if I go on the ice I'll fall flat on my face!" I complained and pouted. Evan and I sat on the bench, watching the professionals take the rink.
Evan ignored me and finished tying my skates.
"Okay. Ready?" Evan got up and perfected his balance. What can't this boy do?
"Nope," I admitted kicking my feet. "How do you walk on these things?" I got up at least giving it a try. How hard can this be?
For a second or two, I was actually standing on ice skates. But, that ended quickly. My foot slid forward, losing balance. I collapsed into strong arms. My back was pressed against a tall, warm, scented body.
"I don't see anyone falling while they're not even on the ice yet." Evan teased, pulling me back up securely on my skates. "I may not be here to catch you next time." He kept teasing.
"There will be no next time." I held onto the wall, keeping my balance. I faced Evan and smiled, as if I was a pro at ice- rolling or whatever this activity is.
"You sure?" Evan asked. He knows that I know that he knows that I have no idea what I'm doing.
"Positve." My smile widened. "No next time." I reassured him.
"Alright then." Evan leaned in, kissing my lips passionately. He leaned closer to me. Hesitantly kissing back, lost in the kiss, he pressed his lips against mine making me fall, flat on my back. For a second, I tried to stay up, but, eventually I fell, hard.
I groaned, not even bothering to get back up. I glared up at him.
"Ouch, Jan!" He gasped, playfully. Looking down at me, he winked.
As sexy as that was, I flipped him off.
"You little-" I started.
"Let's get on the ice!" He smirked. Evan took my hand, pulling me back up in one swift move, perfecting my balance. His hands were at my waist, securing me, making our way over inside of the rink.
"Dickhead." I mumbled, finishing my statement, but, holing tightly onto his shirt.
"What was that, babe?" He asked, innocently, hearing exactly what I said.
"Shut up and hold me." I snapped.
Evan smirked and pecked my cheek. I tilted back slightly, but, Evan made sure I stood securely on the ice.
I stuck my tongue out at Evan, as he smirked and lead the way.
