CHAPTER THREE

10th of July 2020

Tenerife, Spain

Elizabeth's POV

Sadly today is the day we go home from our vacation but at least me and Evelyn get to see Robbie and Scarlett and Rose get to see Colin.

It is really early in the morning and me and Scarlett are awake packing some last minute things before we wake the girls up, I don't want Evelyn waking up because I still have a quite a few things to pack.

I pack the last of my clothes and hair supplies and then finish packing Evelyn's stuff but I leave out an outfit for her to wear to the airport and stuff.

Me and Scarlett already had our coffees and we can get our breakfast when we get to the airport so we don't need breakfast and neither will the girls they are going to have breakfast at the airport as well but we will have a couple of snacks in the car incase they get really hungry.

We go and wake up the girls and I know this isn't going to end well because it is really early so I prepare myself for a very grumpy toddler.

I walk into Evelyn's room and see her fast asleep with her thumb in her mouth and her mouth wide open making her thumb basically fall out, I smile at how cute she looks and kneel beside her bed ready to wake her up.

"Hey baby it's time to wake up, we are gonna go and see daddy"I whisper gently brushing her hair out of her face so I can see her pretty little eyes when they wan to open.

She slowly opens her eyes and whines before she starts to sniffle letting me know that she is gonna cry, her and Rose were up late last night because they had too much energy and now these are the consequences.

I gently pick her up and stand up and bounce her up and down to calm her so she doesn't start to cry, I continually kiss her head until she stops sniffling and just buries her head into my neck making me smile.

"Ok let me get you dressed into something comfy for the airport yea?"I say knowing I won't get an answer, I sigh and walk over to her clothes and gently lay her on her carpet so I can change her.

I change her diaper first and then put her into a little onesie and some sweatpants with a sweatshirt over it so she is comfy and warm because I know she gets quite cold in the mornings, I clip her pacifier onto her sweatshirt and gently push it into her mouth.

I walk downstairs and see Scarlett and Rose getting their shoes on ready to go, I put both mine and Evelyn's shoes one before we all get into the car, me and Scarlett already put all the bags into the car so we are all good to go.

Evelyn and Rose fall asleep not even two minutes into the car ride, me and Scarlett just sit and chat while I drive to the airport.

We arrive at the airport and I get Evelyn out of the car and open up her stroller and gently place her into it, Scarlett has to wake Rose up because she can't carry her and also haul her bags around.

We go to the desk and do what we need to do before we go to the baggage area and put our bags on there except our carry ons, I put the stroller there as well and pick Evelyn up into my arms.

We get through security and just sit at our gate waiting for our flight to be called, we have a couple of hours so I wake Evelyn up and we all go and get some breakfast together before the flight.

After a couple of hours we board our flight and sit in our seats, we are all in 1st class so me and Evelyn are sitting with each other and then Scarlett and Rose are sitting beside each other.

For most of the flight Evelyn is either sleeping or watching movies. The flight is quite a long flight so she sleeps a lot.

We arrive in New York where Rose and Scarlett are leaving to go home but me and Evelyn have another flight to LA but that won't be as long.

We go through the whole airport process again and eventually got onto our plane, Evelyn is awake for the whole flight because she slept so much on the other one.

She sits there playing on my phone or watching a movie or eating.

We finally get to LA and Evelyn is very excited to see her daddy again, we walk out of the airport and we see Robbie standing beside his car, Evelyn runs up to him and jumps into his arms smiling.

Robbie and Evelyn hug and then me and Robbie side hug a kiss because Evelyn is still in his arms.

We drive home and Robbie makes a quick and easy dinner before we all head to bed.
