CHAPTER SIX

Elizabeth's POV

Tomorrow is Evelyn's third birthday, she has been asking for a lot of new toys, a new iPad and some new clothes and tutus because she loves to wear her tutus everywhere.

I have gotten a lot of the Marvel cast and my friends and family to join us tomorrow for her birthday, she hasn't seen her grandparents in at least 5 months and she hasn't seen her aunts in 3 months and she love to have them around, my other siblings can't make it but they said that they will try and make it around in the next couple of months.

Evelyn is feeling much better now, she has been taking the medication the doctor gave us and has been resting, she is always very clingy to Robbie when she is either sick or hurt which I find adorable and I get to see my daughter and husband bond even more.

Me and Robbie are laying in our bed, Robbie is on his phone replying to emails and dms while I am reading a book.

We hear little footsteps running towards our room and we both smile knowing exactly who it is, Evelyn opens the door and peeks her head in with a massive smile on her face, she runs in and tries to climb onto the bed but is too small.

I giggle and lift her up onto the bed and lay her in between me and Robbie, she lays her head on my shoulder as we all sit in silence while I read, Robbie is on his phone and Evelyn just lays with me and Robbie.

"I'm hungry mama"I hear Evelyn say in a quite voice, I smile and put my bookmark into my book before placing it down on my bedside locker.

"Then I think we should get you some food then huh?"I say tickling her tummy making her giggle non stop until I stop my tickle attack and pick her up.

I bring Evelyn downstairs and place her on the bar stool at the kitchen island, I grab all the things I need for the breakfast and then start to make it, I am making pancakes because I know Evelyn loves pancakes.

Evelyn starts to talk about her dream she had and I just listen and say a couple of words every few minutes while making the breakfast.

We all eat breakfast and got through the rest of the day now we just have to wait for tomorrow for Evelyn's birthday.

The Next Morning

I wake up quite early because everyone is going to come really early to surprise Evelyn when she wakes up, I get a text from Scarlett telling me that everyone is here and they are all outside.

I stand up from the couch and walk over to the front door and open it to see everyone I invited with massive smiles on their faces, I move to the side and let everyone in.

Now we just need to wait for Evelyn and Robbie to wake up, they are both always sleeping in, it is quite cute that Evelyn inherited that little trait from her dada.

"Hey everyone!"Robbie says smiling to everyone as he walks down the stairs, he comes over and kisses me before sitting down beside me and putting his arm around my shoulders pulling me into his side so my head was leaning on his shoulder.

"Hey babe, where is Evelyn?"I ask looking at Robbie's beautiful eyes, he smiles again.

"She wanted to make a big entrance so you will see in just a few minutes"Robbie says with a slight smirk on his face until we hear a little girls shouting.

"Are they ready dada?"Evelyn shouts from the hallway, Robbie shouts back yes and then we all see Evelyn walk in with a pair of my heels on and one of my dresses, everyone laughs at her big entrance.

"Look I'm mommy!"she squeals bouncing up and down causing the heels to fall off and she lands on her butt.

We all gasp and I run to her to make sure she is okay but she just starts to giggle making everyone sigh of relief and then we all start to laugh as well.

I pick her up and tickle her stomach making her giggle even more and she starts to squirm in my arms, I smile at her and walk back over to everyone and sit on the couch.

"This my dress now mama!"Evelyn says looking up at me with a stern look on her face, I laugh and nod making her squeal in happiness.

"How about we all go to a nice cafe for us to have breakfast and then we can go to the park and then open presents!"I suggest bouncing Evelyn up and down, she nods frantically and Robbie takes her upstairs along with my heels to go and get ready.

"I know exactly where she gets that from"I say laughing knowing she gets that off Robbie as well.

Everyone just talks until we hear Evelyn and Robbie giggling and laughing as they come downstairs again.

Evelyn struts in and poses for us so we can see her outfit, we all say things "amazing", "fashion icon" and "absolute beauty". She is dressed in a pair of light blue denim shorts, a purple t-shirt and purple flip flops.

I pick her up and we all make it out of the house, Robbie locks the house and we all make our way to the cafe 20 minutes from here.

We all get there and we get a table big enough for all of us since it is early in the morning there is a lot of tables.

I sit Evelyn down on a little booster seat beside me and she starts to play with a barbie doll I got her a couple of months ago.

We all order our food and then go to the park, Rose and Evelyn run off and start to play in the playground while all of us adults sit and talk on the benches checking up on the girls everyone now and then.

"Mama can we get ice - cream?"The two girls shout to me and Scarlett, we all laugh at them shouting across the whole park.

"Yes in an hour"I shout back and they both shout back ok before playing again.

We get them ice-cream and then we all head back to my house, Rose is staying in our house tonight and so is Scarlett so both the girls can have a little sleepover and Scarlett and me can have a girls night and then Colin and Robbie can do whatever they want.

We get home and Evelyn opens presents and then we all have lunch, the girls are definitely going to falls asleep really early tonight, they are very hyper.

We then all watch some movies until the girls decided they want to play in the pool so I bring Evelyn upstairs to get her ready and Scarlett brought Rose's swimming costume so she gets her into that and they both go out to the pool, Robbie and Colin are sat watching them to make sure they are ok.

After the girls get out of the pool, me and Scarlett give them a bath and get them into their pyjamas and bring them downstairs for dinner and cake.

Everyone heads home and Scarlett and me go upstairs into my bedroom and Robbie and Colin bring the girls up to bed, they fall asleep almost instantly.

Me and Scarlett are watching Greece when we see the door open and we see a tired Evelyn pop her head the room, she waddles over to me and tries to climb onto the bed again but it is too high so I pick her up and lay on her my chest and she instantly falls asleep and then Rose walks in and gets on top of Scarlett and then falls asleep.

Today has been amazing and tiring according to these two little girls.
